The staff, especially the bell boy and the restaurant manager Mr Engin, he was very nice and helpful he even drew to us a cute map showing how to get transportation to airport, also the waiters TiMUGiN, Enes and the always smiling Beyza, she even helped us get cute couple photos at the rooftop restaurant. Also really breathtaking rooftop views around istanbul skyline and Bosphorus. The room is nice, exactly as marketed, also breakfast is ok.

it would be nice if more stuff can speak English.. sometimes communication is difficult.

We had a great stay on the 15th floor. Güray kept our room very clean. The breakfast buffet has everything and one can order omelette as well. Engin and his team deliver a fast service and keep the buffet filled until the end. The breakfast is served on the 18th floor with a great view. We felt n good hands there. With the Taxi you can drive to all locations quickly, but can take significant longer during rush hours. Parking is available either thru the hotel or in the parking garage next door.

The location was excellent. There are lots of restaurants and shops that are steps away from the hotel. The price was reasonable for the room I got.

The only problem was the receptionists' attitudes. It feels as if they had been instructed not to smile or be warm with the guests. The rooms service was very slow and sometimes you had to call multiple times to get something. It's a shame as the hotel rooms were nice. I stayed at a high floor room and it was very quiet. I'm just not sure about rooms on low floors as the hotel faces a busy street. The reason why I gave the hotel a high score was that the room, location and price were v. good.

The hotel facilities are great and well maintained. We stayed in the Executive room and had access to executive lounge which it was fabulous. The lounge has an amazing view of Istanbul and the Bosphorus Bridge, nice balcony, good quality canapés and drinks. Executive room had also a beautiful view and an amazing shower! We had an early check in that was really helpful. Staff does whatever they can to please you and we really appreciate it. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything!

The swimming pool is not suitable for leisure, but for proper swimming. It’s required a swimming cap, so bring yours in case or you might have to buy one there. The restaurant with the Bosphorus bridge view is Italian unfortunately. We’d have enjoyed more an authentic Turkish meal during our visit, but that doesn’t change our opinion about the hotel.

One of my main aims for my trip to Istanbul was to plan an event for a series of conferences in this Hotel in the future. Mrs Serra as event manager was very caring with a professional attitude. As a person running my own business, I always pay attention to the business setup of the hotels I stay. The attitude of all staff members from the reception team to waiters and room cleaners was kind and professional. Well-trained staff! Mr. Engin at the restaurant was exceptionally polite like the other staff.

There is nothing I didn't like

Perfect place for business travelers, close to banks and a number of business offices, fast movement to almost all business locations in the European part. And most importantly large rooms with a work area, which is very rare nowadays. For the first time in a long time, it was not necessary to look for business centers and try to work with vaulted and not disturbed in lobbies and restaurants. You feel like you have your own office. I warmly recommend it, and thank the staff for their good attitude and their dedication and understanding to their customers, although they are sometimes quite arrogant and ungrateful.

The friendly staff kindly provided a room on the top floor with a sea view! The spa, gym and semi-Olympic swimming pool are a great place for sports and relaxation!

A small problem for many and stress for Italians - espresso is served in large tea mugs))).

All the staff were amazing during our 2 weeks stay after my mom’s surgery. The Restaurant Manager Mr Engin Kapicioglu; Ms Esra and Mervenur from guest relations were really helpful and there all the time for our needs. The nurses were so professional.

the very good city center location. very service-oriented employees like Mr Taygun Demi. Mr Demi was always available to help with inquiries about the hotel or various taxi transfers. Highly recommended.

It was all fine.

After 15 years I have visited this hotel again . It is still a very good. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone ! I will definitely come again
