The apartment was exceptionally nice. It was very spacious and clean. It was quiet and calm, and we felt immediately at home and relaxed when entering. We spent 4 nights at Leons from October 27to 31, 2023. The staff at the reception went above and beyond being friendly and helpful. They accommodated us in every way and welcomed us like guests in their private home. I have rarely experienced this kind of heartfelt friendship and hospitability, while traveling. Thank you for all your kindness and making our stay in Istanbul so pleasant.

The location was great and the apartment was large also staff were very supportive and helpful especially Denis he was always trying to make our stay comfortable.

No resturant in the facility so we had to buy grocery for the kids breakfast in case we can't go out early to a near resturant which are few steps away. Food applications only work for turkish numbers so was hard to order food too. Cleaning is not every day only every 2 days. One bathroom/shower room for the full family so it takes time till everyone get ready.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and it has everything you need. You can park the car at the property, for free. We received an upgrade from an one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Deniz, who was a very good host. Although there are no important touristic sites around, the area is beautiful, the streets are colorful and full of life, there are a lot of restaurants, excellent food.

A very nice apartment, with nice TV, coach, two bedrooms and very comfortable living room. There's an equipped kitchen. Free Nescafe and water are included, as well as bathroom soaps, towels, slippers. The rooms are nice, the apartment is very comfortable and quiet. The area is a very nice neighborhood in Besiktas, with many restaurants, shops, Metro stop, taxis, ecc.. The host is helpful, friendly and willing to provide any further information. Overall the apartment is very clean. We got a free upgrade of our booked structure, which was very nice.

The cleaning level is very good. Still, it would probably be a good idea for the host to add more effort on a few parts, such as for example the carpet and the dishwasher machine. More home appliances could be useful, for example those items were missing: glasses / wine glasses / dish soaps / dishwasher machine capsules. But, still, those items are very cheap and easy to buy in the neighborhood's shops.
