Really friendly and helpful staff members, It was always nice to simply chat with them. Great location as all important sightseeings are reachable by foot within 15 mins, cleaning was done daily including change of towels. Also reasonable price and it was a good sized room with new furniture

The location close to Grand Bazar is not flat and always up- and downhills so maybe would not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. Otherwise no other issues were noticed and I would definitely recommend this hotel

The Hanpoint Hotel is tucked away on a quiet street about 3 minutes walk to the Sultanahmet tram line. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable, with generous storage. Fresh bottled water and tea/coffee were provided daily. There is also free tea/coffee available from a machine in reception. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with free toiletries and a hairdryer. If you're looking for a good room only hotel base to explore Istanbul, it is a good choice.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly, they gave us a truly personalised experience that made us feel like we were cared about. The service was exceptional, the front of house staff always checked in with us to see if we needed any recommendations or if there are we anything they could do to improve our stay and they ordered a taxi for us when we were leaving. The house keeping was at a very high standard, making our room feel clean and well kept. The location was incredible a 5 minute walk to the grand bazaar and 15 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. My partner and I can't wait until we come back to Istanbul and to stay here again. I wish I could rate the hotel higher than 10/10!

Hanpoint hotel is a new hotel ,not far from the great bazaar and also close to the nearest public transport station . The room was equipped very well and nice and was super clean . The receptionist and owner are very nice people,they will make their best to make you feel like at home or like just staying by a good old friend. Thank you again guys !

It was a very comfortable and very peaceful hotel. It is in a very advantageous location in terms of location because it is very close to every place I can visit on the historical peninsula, and it is within walking distance of historical and touristic places. Hotel staff were very polite and educated people. I would like to thank each and every one of them for this 🙏 I also found the breakfast menus very delicious. This is not a 4* hotel. The restaurant is closed or never worked, and services available in the hotel are very basic. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

I liked that the bed sheets and towels were changed every day. The young men in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming and there was a coffee machine in the lobby. We also had an unlimited supply of bottled water. For the price we paid it was a very nice and pleasant stay. Also, it was not far from the tram station, about 6-7 minutes and about 15-20 mins from the train station. We made full use of the public transport that Istanbul offered as it was very convenient though at times it could be extremely busy.

The property was at the perfect spot, walking in north you get the Beyazit square, and access to the whole city through that point. The hotel was clean, had comfortable bed and all the necessary toiletries. The hotel was cleaned everyday and this was helpful. Items left in the room were safe and nobody changed my belongings place. There was easy access to restaurants. Water was free and the fridge and ac were working perfectly. I had room 201 which was super huge and fit for three. The staff was very friendly and sweet, always welcoming with a beautiful smile. I had a socket issue and they sorted it out for me.

The property is located on slope so walking with your luggage or generally may become tiring. All the sockets were two pin. Lighting in the room can be increased.

It was such a pleasure staying at HanPoint Boutique Hotel. The hotel is very clean and nice, the staff always ensured our sheets and towels were constantly changed and our room was cleaned daily. This was so important to us as we stayed here for 3 weeks so this hotel became our home away from home. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and always feel at home. They’re always willing to help out in whatever way they can; whether it be providing directions or restaurant suggestions; their number one priority is to satisfy us. The customer service is beyond exceptional, our stay at HanPoint Hotel was such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend staying at HanPoint Hotel if you’re ever in Istanbul. We have no doubt when we return to Istanbul that we would stay here again and we look forward to being hosted by such wonderful staff.
