Location is top notch! It’s close to shops, bus stops and stations, and other attractions. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I had a great night’s sleep every day. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job every time! My room was always so so so clean when I returned.

Only that I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant at 6th floor—which means that it’s not easily accessible for guests who come with their elderly parents (and I’m afraid I won’t be able to take my parents to stay here in my next holiday :/)

Location is spot on. Can't get any better. Bang on Istiklal Street.

Two minor things: 1. Given the location, the cabs pick and drop a little far. So need to carry luggage up/down. Not hotels fault though 2. We were given just one key for the room. So it became challenging to go out in the night if one person wanted to sleep. Had to ask reception to open the room door late in the night. I did ask for an extra key but the request was denied.

so the entrance made me feel like I messed up booking it because the place front was kinda a spices and sweets store. but my god the rooms were amazing, clean, spacious and great bathroom with hot water.

the entrance was a surprise but then i realised it has its own charm. we could hear some muffled music from the street but that added to the vibe rather than being an issue, slept like a baby

- The location is nearby all restaurants, shops in taksim. - The staff were very nice and helpful , specially Abdullah. - The room was clean and has good space.

- If you have family with kids , I don’t recommend it as it gets noisy at night until early morning due to the activities in taksim. - I have arrived at evening of a weekend, where the taksi car couldn’t access to taksim area and I had to carry out big bags all the way up to reach the hotel!

The location and cleanliness of the establishment. The breakfast room is on the top floor with a very pleasant terrace.

This is my fourth or fifth time in this hotel, every time its better and better and better. the staff are really nice, they\re available 24\7 and I mean it when I say 24\7. I usually travel solo, so I look for a place that is safe and at the same time at budget, so I always reserve a room at Nevi hotel. its directly on one of the stores on Istiklal street so there are people all the time crossing the hotel's main entrance and this makes it safer at least in my eyes! Turkey in general loves Palestinians and especially this hotel <333

The hotel is superbly located. Right in the heart of the most happening place in Istanbul - Istiklal Street - one couldn't ask for a better location. The staff were very friendly and on arriving I found I had been upgraded to a superior room. The room was quite large, with huge windows overlooking Istiklal street, a comfortable seating area, enough storage space and very comfortable beds. The hotel staff arranged a tour for us to Bursa, which was excellent.

Booking.com promised a free airport pickup but once I made the hotel booking, booking.com just did not allow me to open the page for the pickup booking. They kept directing me to a page for booking the pickup from the hotel and thinking that would be paid for by booking.com, I made the booking. Imagine my surprise when I was asked to pay for it at the hotel. And booking.com just does not have a complaints page or a contact phone number. After making such false promises they prefer to hide behind the computer walls and avoid paying out. I can only term this as a sharp practice.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in Istiqlal street near Taksim square and you have access to different transport options. Shops, restaurants are nearby.

The Istiqlal street can be loud sometimes and you may hear some street noise in the rooms facing the street.

The location is unbeatable! On Istiklal street, close to Taksim square and all shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. We got a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. Staff were more than polite, always ready to cater for all our needs. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was decent, plenty of choice.

It is a little tricky as one has to cross a candy shop to get to the reception, but we soon got used to it. The elevator reaches up to the 5th floor, so to get to the breakfast hall on the 6th floor one has to use the staircase- a minor issue one might think, but could be major to elderly people.

Loved LOVED EVERYTHING!!! Let me start off by saying how much I loved the staff there. Asir was very helpful during our stay, prior to our stay via WhatsApp, and even after our stay. The nice lady at the desk was lovely as well. The location CANNOT be beat. If you are looking to be right in the heart of everything on Istiklal St, then this is the place to be. Do not bother looking anywhere else. Turn left, 2min to Taksim, turn right, nice walk past all the action. We loved walking thru the candy shop everyday towards the lobby area. Asir even helped book me the best table at CZN Burak’s restaurant ❤️ The rooms are beautiful, clean, and everything worked perfectly. We booked 2 bedroom unit and it had so much closet space as well as a huge bathroom with very modern shower and jacuzzi tub. My wife and teenagers loved it! I do want to mention something that meant the world to my family. When we departed Istanbul to the next city in Turkey, we realized we forgot my daughter’s insulin in the small fridge in the room. We panicked as we realized we need it. I messaged Asir and he immediately told me not to worry and will mail it to our next hotel. Which he did. In a time of uncertainty, the staff went above and beyond. So thank you! I highly recommend Nevi Suites. When I booked, it didn’t have many reviews as it was new, but I’m so glad I kept the reservation. We felt like family. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing. Everything perfect! Yes the street is a bit noisy late at night, but I used earplugs and slept like a baby 😊
