Very friendly staff. The value of money is more than expected. The location is in the middle of the center. But cars can't reach the location. Need to walk 2-3 minutes. Keep that in mind.

Don't book the first 3 floors. Ask to get last floor. Very noisy at night because of night clubs. It's like this every night. Even if they tell you it's only weekend

Location was fantastic and the two boys at the front desk were really helpful.

Its a great place but some things were nearly there but not quite. Eg stove available to cook but utensils, cooking equipment and cutlery/plates were minimal. Or we had washing machine but nowhere to hang the clothes once washed. Just small things like that. Also the kitchen tap water smelt unlike the other taps and showers. Not sure if the pipe for that is needing to be looked at. Finally if you are a light sleeper there is loud music every night. It didnt effect us but just noteworthy for people needing quiet.

noisy at night but it was okay for us as we are heavy sleepers We booked the taxi with the hotel they told us fixed price 700 tl but as we arrived to the airport he took 900 tl and although they told us we can pay by card but the machine was broken (better to take an uber or bus)

I love this gore and it has been one of the select hotels that I stay when in Istanbul for the last 10 years. it is located in the hear of Istanbul and easy to find. It is also easy to get to if traveling from the two major airports in Istambul. There are plenty of places to eat and shop around.

While this is a great place and it has always been clean and well maintained, this time I have noticed it needs little bit of living (some fresh paint and cleaning here and there). if you have a heavy suitcase, getting to the main floor from the street level might be a challenge (stairs to the 1st level and then an elevator).

1. Location. It’s in the city center, that’s why you can go wherever you want and not use any transportation. 2. Staff. Guys on a reception are extremely polite and do their best to help. 3. Design. Rooms are simple, nice and fresh.

1. Noise. I do not think it is something “bad” as life in a center equals to loud noise and music from outside. So appreciate it more like caution. And yes, you may have some sleeping issues…

Location is great.

I had to book & pay for one extra night because the guy at the reception rejected my 4 hours late checkout request, saying that no rooms were available. So I went through booking and found out that many rooms were vacant; so I booked one to wait for few hours until my next flight!! I believe Fitas Oda should be more welcoming and understanding for their regular customers.

The staff were super nice!! The room was huge and the room was clean and the location is safe and accessible.

There are two clubs downstairs which have loud music but didn't bother me much.

the location is the best to describe Fitas Oda. Just 20 steps from the main street. The room size is big with good facilities. The staffs are very helpful.

Have to take the stairs to the 1st floor before taking the lift to our room.

This is my favorite place to stay. Staff is great and very helpful and the location is super convenient.

There was an issue with the Wi-Fi, the hotel management has done a lot to solve it but it was an unfortunate circumstance, it was difficult as I was working on the go.

İ liked that its is in istiklal st...very clean.. stuff are very kind and lovely ... They are helpfull ..i liked the place so much ..
