A well managed hotel, great service, friendly welcoming staff. This is a very well located property with restaurants, and shopping areas all around and very vibrant. The breakfast is nice helped start of the day well. We stayed here two nights and had two rooms. My family loved the place and we would definitely visit it again when in Istanbul.

We were given two bedrooms on the top floor. The access to one of these had a low roof height and a beam across the corridor that was at 5'7" and this made it inconvenient. Hit my head twice on the beam. If it wasn't for this access issue to the 2nd bedroom this hotel would have scored a 10.

The location is perfect for the shopping, right on the istiklal avenue, the metro is 5 min walk, we took a family room, the room was spacious, clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was correct, the staff was so friendly, so attentive, very kind and so helpful, they were many who could speak English, special thanks to Ahmet Yildiz who helped us a lot during our stay, specially in getting directions in the city, I recommend this hotel

In Taksim Street , close to Taksim Square, the staff are very helpful and welcome. also it have elevators which is ont often fund in old buildings in Istanbul.

It is not modern hotel as I thought, looks like old buildings been modified to be hotel. Hotel is close to many nights clubs loud music until the morning we could sleep easily

it’s in the heart of the everything, 4 minutes walking from Taksim square, the neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and coffee shops

it’s little noisy as it’s close to the shopping street, also they must use black out for windows

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of different options to choose from. The staff were exemplary, as they were a massive help (organising tours, daily room cleaning, giving directions) and they were swift with solving issues when they occurred. The room was satisfactory for what we paid, and it is near to the metro, which could take you anywhere in Istanbul. If you wanted to go on a tour, then the reception had lots of leaflets for you to look for, and then you just have to pay the amount for the tour you chose and everything will be booked for you.

Some of the rooms were near to roads that are very active at night, which is expected because of its location, so it could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The staff were very kind and let us change to one of the quieter rooms though.

The hotel staff, especially Ms. Sila, left a lasting impression on me with their friendly and helpful nature. Ms. Sila's thoughtful gesture of providing us with an upgrade and a surprise decoration with a fruit basket added a touch of warmth and made our stay even more special. Throughout our visit, the entire hotel team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was a delightful culinary experience, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was a fantastic way to start each day, and I found myself looking forward to the delectable spread. Overall, I had a great stay at Premist Hotels Taksim and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. The only minor challenge I encountered was that the hotel's location on Istiklal street restricts vehicle access, making it necessary to carry our luggage from the taxi stand to the hotel. However, once we settled in, everything else was simply awesome, and the wonderful memories of my stay will stay with me for a long time.

Room was very clean, excellent location on Istiklal street, breakfast was good although it could better

After the hotel informed me they could have my rooms close together or on the same floor, I was informed at check in that it isn’t available, but they could change our rooms in two days. However, no changes were made and I didn’t get the city view room that I booked.

I like the location of the hotel, it was close to the Taksim metro station and located on the side of istaklal street, the staff was wonderful and helpful, I would thank şafik and Ahmet yildiz for thier kindness and support, Şafik speaks arabic very well and this is was helpful for me, and I felt like we are freinds from long time 😀

I didn't like the noisy and crowded area of istaklal street, the people still awake untill the daylight, and it's hard to sleep with this situation.

The location is prime to our needs. Walking distances to all shops, train and tram. Place where tourist need to come and experience the busy and jolly street in Taksim. Next is the comfort of the bed pillows and blankets this is what I really looking for a hotel stay. They also maintain cleanliness everyday and supplies the things we need with enough towels and toiletries.

Some bangs and sounds around the area but manageable. The shower head is like leaking or hardly used need to change a new one maybe . Also they don't have bidet in the toilet which is most people now a days need it for convenience.

Location.. cleanliness. Staff very nice and helpful.

Noise cancelling not good enough.. Window curtain is not blocking the sun light at morning..
