Convenient location of the hotel in the tourist center, close to the metro and buses to airports - within walking distance, clean room. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's service - they respond quickly to messages and are ready to help if needed. Another convenient thing is that after booking a room, the hotel sends a letter with a form for ordering a taxi online to the hotel. I ordered a taxi for my fiance - he arrived in Istanbul before me; he was met at the airport, having previously been sent detailed instructions on how to navigate the airport. I am grateful to the hotel for its service and assistance.

We wanted to be in Taksim area, and for that we chose this place. Its all about location, you just go down and you are in the middle of action. The place is clean and tidy, which is good compared to what was the night price compared to teh surrounding units.

You have to walk 100m uphill with your luggage to reach the hotel, as cars not allowed. I was in summer, not sure what happens during rain and snowing days, might be a bit danger.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, cosy and had everything we needed, with daily housekeeping. Excellent location right on lively Istiklal Street with abundant shops, fastfood outlets and cafes. Near to Taksim Square and Metro. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly, especially Osman and Gurkan who helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. Great hospitality. Highly recommended.

Very clean and spacious apartment, allowed our toddler to play around. Centrally located and easy access to get around to see other attractions around Istanbul. Even though the street outside is super busy and noisy, once balcony doors are closed you can hear very little

The staff could probably provide better guidance on things around - asked for restaurant advice on day1 and was told to go across the street. The restaurant literally called another restaurant to send the food to them and charged 4X the price. The next time we went straight to where the food came from.

The hotel and our room were spotless and very comfortable. It is in a beautiful historic building that appears to have been recently renovated. It was immaculate. The area was great to stroll around at night with lots of dining options. We are a family of 5 and felt safe the entire time. Gurkan met us at our taxi, was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have more time.

The weather was not great in December, but it did not keep us inside.

From the Jr Suite I had a very lively view of Istiklal Street from the balconies. The hotels proximity to numerous dining options right outside its doors was very convenient. The staff were impeccable and their service enhanced my stay.

I wished for better sound proofing. Light sleepers could get woken up by the early morning garbage truck and the road cleaning truck. Another small peeve was the lack of an on-site breakfast restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at the Sentire hotel but the highlight of our stay was the kindness and hospitality of Mr Gürkan. He carried out every task with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay and departure as comfortable as possible. Mr Gürkan will be the reason we return to this hotel on future visits. Close to Istiklal Street and Spacious Room with facilities.

Noises from clubs on istiklal street, was pretty intense, especially for those who struggle to fall asleep.

I recently stayed at sentire Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, the front desk employee was friendly and efficient, answering all of my questions and providing recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But it was the hotel staff that really made my trip enjoyable. Every employee I encountered was helpful and professional, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.

Nothing everything was perfect

Location was superb, you are in the middle of istiklal road, surrounded by many shops,restaurants, cafes, cash offices, you will not have time to get board, don’t miss the massage service in istiklal center short walk away from the property ,staff were very nice greeting you with smile all day long, special thanks to the bell man who was very kind & helpful,

The room with istiklal road view was very noisy, the balcony is too small which accommodate standing only, there is no space for chairs and if so you can only view the street while standing only

Excellent staff & location. Very efficient housekeeping who looked happy doing their work. They always greeted you with a smile. Perfectly clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. It was very noisy facing a lively pedestrian street but with the windows closed it was ok. I would book the same hotel if I go back. Book your transfers with the hotel and they send someone to meet you at the corner to help with luggage to the hotel. Cars cannot enter the street but the corner stop is very near. The friendliness of the staff & their attentive service rivals the 5 star hotels.
