Good location for people with a car. Helpful and kind staff. Very good breakfast with many choices. Overall very clean hotel. The room was perfectly cleaned when we checked in. Big rooms and comfortable beds.

We booked room with one large bed on check in they told us there is a room only with separated beds. What is the point of specify your bed choice when it's not going to be respected? We stayed 2 nights and at check in our room was perfectly cleaned, but one the second day the house keeping only fixed our bed and change the towels without cleaning the room. Also what was very weird for us was that we had to pay €5 per night for the hotel parking we used. Every 5 star hotel we stayed in was free parking till now. And the vegan corner at the breakfast was a joke.

Location,view, outdoor swimming pool

My room was outside near pool which the internet was not working properly. My room was in second floor outside which as I chooses from the photo in Booking.com and didn’t show any room on second floor. Even though there was room available down, they said it is full and during all my stay I was watching the empty rooms. I stayed 10days in 2 different reservation there which at least they could offer my desired room. If you are looking for a place which can go to Istanbul downtown it is not a good location, but I was looking for a place looks like resort and more relaxing which was perfect for me.

The food quality and taste were excellent . Specially when ordered from room service.even when ordered at late hours The location although far from the main city activities, it allows access to walk on the beach of the Bosphorus.

well , strange rule policy with mini bar … after i took one bottle of water , tomorow mini bar was locked and they didnt bring water to room, soo i called them and got answer “you have to deposit money for mini bar so you can use bar”… but side on that , i delight with hotel ! 👌🏼

Location by the beach relaxing srea and easty to move around. Nice public beach and many restaurants at the marina close by. I loved everything about the hotel hospitality. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed Swimming pools Breakfast so amazing huge area you can set indoors or at the balcony overlooking the see and swimming pool Whatever you can imagine to be served at the breakfast it will be there a great food selection

Realy nothing. The price was a bit high otherwise I would have stayed longer

loud noisy champions week people talking in the hallway at 3 am waking us up no security in the hotel to check this House keeping not really w it did not replace any coffee or coffee cups attention to detail lacking food not great just a great location pool area floor tiles covered with bird droppings should be all cleaned not great

The hotel is located in a nice place, you can see the sea from the window and take a walk along the seaside. The stuff is helpful and sweet. The hotel is equipped on high standard, the interior looks cozy and the room is clean and restaurant has got a pool and sea view. We enjoyed everything there and would love to come back one day.

Lovely hotel, lovely experience. Very nice and accommodating staff. Hotel grounds itself is nice and pleasant. Nice bar and breakfast. Room service very fast. Location nice - close by a long walk along the sea. Not too far from restaurants. Safe area. The 4/5 star is attributed to the service i think and some of the features of the hotel - spa, massages, etc.

The room is more like 3 star. It's spacious and it's fine / nice, but for a 5 star hotel youd expect something a bit more extravagent. The cats in the outside (i was in the garden room) are lovely and a cute addition to my stay! i dont want to complain against them but they were often able to come into my room whenever the door was opened.

The location is fantastic and easy access to get inside Istanbul. the view is amazing and so romantic, you can see the Ocean as you're swimming. I had a nice room and it's so spacious, calm, beautiful, and comfortable.

The minibar in the ocean suite is too small for a few days stay. Parking is NOT free and it's too expenses to keep the car inside the Hotel parking.
