Breakfast can hardly be called luxurious, but it is quite up to standard. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Not a very specific address, even taxi drivers don’t know - it was very difficult to get there.

Location was great, 10 minutes away was the Grand bazar (slight uphill climb), in the other direction there were loads of restaurants close by (just 2 minutes away) Staff (Tolgonai and Yakup) were friendly, polite, hospitable and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was limited but up to standard, there is a coffee machine near the reception and tea was available at all times.

The room and bathroom was small.

The location is good, the hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel offers the basic comfort. The room was clean the bathroom didn’t have any shelves to but the toiletries, the one above the sink was missing. The shower was great, nice pressure and always hot water.

It’s in a very busy area. Nothing for the noise sensitive

The staff was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and sincere, especially the lovely lady working at the reception. Our shower head broke without any reason and they changed it immediately without any questioning. The hotel is well equipped, everything is very clean and well maintained. The location is amazing since it is near the bus and tram station, multiple stores with clothes and also groceries, pharmacies etc. The breakfast was decent with multiple choices. There is also room service available. The transport from the airport is cheap, well organised and convenient.

Like most of Turkish hotels, this one also looks nothing like the pictures. Everything is quite small - the rooms, the shower, the elevator, the bed. There are not a lot of electrical plugs. The bed and the pillow is extremely uncomfortable. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the street and inside the hotel.

The hotel was great. New and the staff was very friendly. We Highly recommand it !

Everything was great !

The location was great, quite close to lots of tourist attractions. The room was well-equipped, especially the AC was useful during the hot days. Also I'd like to notice that the staff were hospitable and helpful

The cleaning was quite mediocre: e.g., near my bed I found some chips from previous guests. There was also a problem with the fire escape - the door didn't close completely, so I had to prop it up.

The property itself was nice, staff were really friendly and hospitable. Considering how close it was to the grand bazaar and other attractions it was on our good books. It’s really great value for money and I would definitely consider booking here again on my next trip.

Power cut off a couple times but luckily was resolved very quickly. The elevator was tiny and often not in operation.

Room had great AC and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff, helped us book a taxi to the airport. Good location, close to famous bazaar. Lots of small shops in the area as well as a pharmacy across the road.

Bring earbuds if you dont want to wake up to the morning call for prayer.

The stuff are very friendly, specially yakup they are very flexible due to changing rooms as we changes our room in the same day it self

The place is very alive so there was a lot of noise at night , but the location is very good to the public transportation and alot of taxis were on spot at that area

The room was nice, the location was good and yakoob was amazing he resolved any of our needs … the hotel provides everything you need and the staff are amazing , friendly and warm … the hotel is walking distance to shops and restaurants … they can arrange anything you need .. yakoob was great !
