Bellboys were very nice, helped us to park our car, and also book a taxi to the airport. Staff in general are very helpful, and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. The location was great for food, especially. It is a good place to stay with metro at walking distance.

Staff on reception has difficulty talking in english. In the morning, cleaning staff knocks on the door even if there is a do not disturb sign. They also open the door sometimes even if the sign is on the door. When told to come later, they knock after 30mins again. It can be a disturbance if you want to have a good sleep in the morning.

The property is well situated, just a block from Taksim square. The room was spacious with 2 double beds and breakfast was the best. Full English breakfast everyday, nice view of the city from the breakfast balcony, loved it. We had an early arrival flight and arrived at the hotel 6am with check-in being at 14:00, but they checked us in at 6am since they had a room available and did not charge us extra for checking in early. This was so great since we were tired from an all night flight from South Africa.

Loved all services offered, no complaints

Excellent location if you want to be 150meters from Taksim Square / Istiklal Street 250m away. You have the Metro within a 3 minute walk. The Deluxe room is very comfortable and I had the view of Taksim Square. Buffet Breakfast is served on the 11 Floor with amazing views of the Bosporus. I would not be doing justice if I did not mention 2 staff members. Muhammad who runs the concierge is an amazing young man full of character and a vibrant personality, anything you need his your go to man. Second staff member is Idris, tucked away behind reception desk with his radiant welcoming smile. Will do any and everything to accommodate your request in which ever way he can. Thank you guys for making our stay a pleasant one.

Nothing comes to mind really especially after spending 10 nights there.

Breakfast is always very rich. All staff were very friendly.

Location is good

There are not good options in breakfast. No fresh tea after 8am, most of the breads were finished after 9am and they didn’t bother to refill. Not even a single good option in hot meal. We asked for tea bags after 11pm after coming back to room at night as no one refilled the tea tray in room but manager refused to provide any tea bags. We had to go out to coffee shop to pay for coffee

it was an amazing experience. The hotel, The location, The staff especially mr ibrahem ,everything was great. all shopping and food places are just below the hotel or 2 minutes walk, exactly above Taksim , roof view to the Bosphorus great connectivity. Mr ibrahem was very helpful and provided best assistance.

Really enjoyed my stay at Taksim Gonen Hotel, lady at the reception EYLUL was very helpful and the guy Soydaner helped us for check in and check out process. Overall hotel was decent and clean for a couple stay.

Everything was perfect. Stsrting from the Manager, waitress, recepcionits during check-in Idris and today suring check-out. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy perfect time at this perfect hotel with perfect service from staff members. Will come again for sure!
