Being right next to Taksim Square, it provides easy access to various attractions and transportation options. Moreover, there are many restaurants in the vicinity, allowing me to explore a variety of culinary delights without having to venture too far. I must say that all the staff, from Manager, front desk , bell boys and to cleans: all of them provided exceptional level of customer service. The hotel staff was genuinely committed to putting the customer first, and it showed in their every approach. They were not only professional but also warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their fluency in English was remarkable. Costa Coffee shop located just next door to the hotel and the hotel has their own superb restaurant / cafe with excellent sitting area (indoors and outdoors). Excellent hi-speed wifi in rooms and outside sitting area. The hotel has a nice, relaxing courtyard just in front of the entrance. It provided a serene atmosphere where guests could sit, unwind, and enjoy the outdoor ambiance.

The LOCATION was very central next to Taksim square and 3 min away from the parking (no hills to climb to reach the hotel). The hotel was pretty NEW. Actually the newest hotel I had ever been in Istanbul! The room was small, butI can't complain about this coz I choose Economic one. THE BEST BREAKFAST compare to all hotels I had beed in Istanbul. It feels like 5-stars hotel! Also, the hotel has a restaurant downstairs! I would recommend the Mushroom soup. The staff was very very friendly and helpful! All of them and special THANKS to Mr. Dogan!

The location is amazing, just near Taksim Square but far enough from the main traffic. The hotel is new, rooms are super clean, staff is beyond polite and helpful (special thanks to Manager Mr.Dogan), breakfast is nice, in front of the hotel you have a cafe, prices are really good for Istanbul which is getting more and more expensive so my overall impression is great and I can't wait to come back :)

Everything was great, nothing to complain about

Hotel team was able to organise early check in and breakfast the same day, thanks for that. Room is cosy, bed comfy. Very good location - shopping street close by. Taksim is also the bus stop for Havaist bus 16 coming from ISTANBUL airport.

Annoying noise coming from the inside of the hotel. Outside area is quite calm.

Room is a little bit small (economy room) but the staff and service it was amazing, and the location of the hotel is near by Taksim square (2 minutes walk). Overall nice experience, when I come back to Istanbul I will book same hotel 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I had a flight at 9 they let me check out at 2 even though check out time is 12 Staffs super friendly and they all could speak English

The noise of the street travels into the rooms at times.

Absolutely new hotel in a great location, maybe not as ultra-modern as it seems from the photos, but thre renovation is solid, stylish bathroom with the best German equipment, nice bed, huge tv, the fastest wi-fi I've seen in hotels. Some problems (again, the hotel is so new, that such things happen) were solved very fast..All in all, i was happy with my stay.

pretty small and not well-thought wardrobe for such a big room, the safe was not laptop-compatible (my 14-inch laptop didn't fit in)
