The property is very clean and staff are very cooperative socially mr saleh and the one on reception who make our confirmation in the 1st day as was our mistake to not select option that we have kids with us and he mad upgrade for our rooms . The hotel in the heart of taqseem and very close to the active aria as u don’t need to take a taxi . Thank you agin to mr saleh how he was amazing with us .

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is renovated, the breakfast is good and the staff in the hotel are very helpful and cheerful, especially the employee, Saleh and Saljuk.

The rooms are clean, but the room service needs to increase the service period,to be daily cleaning is 24 hours

We really loved this hotel becasue staffs are very professional. Great location with food, shopping, car parking. The hotel located in very safe street because its no car street so its very suitable for family. Breakfast was awesome.

Stayed here with a friend and really liked our stay. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square (2-3 mins walk) and the main shopping street (Istiklal Street) which is a 5 min walk. The Metro is also just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect. Hotel is very clean and rooms are decent size and has coffee / tea making facilities, locker etc. Staff are incredibly helpful and go out of the way to make your stay pleasant. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Fatih for helping us with our queries and taxi bookings etc. Breakfast has a decent spread though could do with a bit more variety. Location is brilliant and convenient with the Metro, many restaurants and stores at your doorstep. Overall very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if in Istanbul.

My stay was just amazing. The staff were wonderful all of them that I encountered during my stay. Mr.Fatih assisted me with my tour arrangements, transports , restaurants recommendations , I enjoyed so much that I extended my stay for another 2 days .He instantly made the arrangements. The staff I met in the morning were wonderful too Mr.Salhet ( I hope I spelled it right) and other two gentlemen on the shift were very helpful as well, I felt very welcomed . Mr.Karam made me the best turkish coffee and tea. Location is perfect , lively and safe neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable bed. Good breakfast . Its a place that I would definitely go back on my next trip to Istanbul . And highly recommend it

Nothing ! Everything was great for me

The hotel is in superb location, near the main shopping and entertainment center, near metro, near tram, near main road. there are lot of restaurants nearby, change and even grocery. The staff was very helpful, and willing to answer any question and ready to help, with pleasant smile and willingness to help. Good for money. Breakfast was very good.

To my taste the first room was without door to the shower, that is inside the toilet, but they changed the room without any hesitation.

Senator hotel is fantastic place to stay. only few steps from taksim square and very clean hotel, i had room nr 15 and it was quite big. litle bit to expensive but i think its because of the hight seson

The staff is very attentive, they pay attention to all the details. They are all nice and welcoming. The hotel is far from any noise of Taksim, and at the same time is close to all means of transport Metro, Bus, etc. It is also close to Istiklal Avenue, not far from Cevahir Mall, and you can even walk to Dolmabahce Palace. In short, it is well located. Next time in Istanbul, I would definitely go back to it.

It is my second time to stay here and it is always my option if I have to visit Turkey or stop over. Perfect location. Right in Taksim , walking distance from Airport shuttle transfers. Mr. Fatih always very kind and can assist to arrange tours , transfers and many more recommendations on places to visit and dine in. Location is very safe and lively . Very good breakfast, and all the staff always welcome you with a smile. Wonderful hospitality, this place is my favourite.

Nothing at all

The hotel is very clean and comfortable .. the room size was just fine. The location is excellent close to taksim square, istiklal street and metro stations just 3 mins walk. everything is near by from supermarket, Pharmacy, exchange store. The staff is sooo helpful thanks to Mr Fath for helping us everyday with trips planning and giving us advice for nice places and how to reach there. I highly recommend the hotel
