Our stay at the Sirkeci Family Hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was really kind and helpful, ready to help you out at any moment. If you ask for more coffee, water or tea they take it to your room inmediately. At the end they give you some turkish sweets as goodbye present. The room is clean and big bathroom Comfortable hotel and good location. Ashraf one of the best (my friend now). Definetly the greatest place to stay in Instanbul!

This hotel is amazing the view is impeccable and the hotels area is extremely close to majority places in Istanbul. The hotel is really lovely with kind service and staff and the hotel rooms are always very clean and overall the hotel is really lovely

Close to tram station. Super easy to get around. Walking distance to Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque.. Grand Bazaar was also walkable. Staff were super helpful. Thank you everyone!!!

Our family recently stayed at the Sirkeci Grand Family Hotel & SPA in Istanbul, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy for us to explore the city’s rich history and vibrant culture, while also providing a peaceful retreat for our family. What really stood out during our stay was the incredible service we received from Ashraf and his colleague at the reception. They made us feel right at home, going above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. From providing excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities to ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, their attentiveness and kindness were exceptional. The hotel itself is wonderfully family-oriented, with spacious rooms and amenities that cater to both adults and children. The SPA was a great way for us to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the kids loved the relaxing atmosphere as much as we did. In summary, the Sirkeci Grand Family Hotel & SPA is the perfect choice for families visiting Istanbul. Ashraf and his team provided outstanding service that made our stay special. I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Turkey, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff is truly amazing, taking care of everything with professionalism and warmth. They were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to all our requests, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is superb—just 60 meters from the metro station, 100 meters from the tramway, and very close to the port. This strategic position made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city, with everything we needed within reach. A special thanks to Nargess, Seraj, Achref, and Ayhem for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey!

Ideally centrally located for sightseeing. At walking distance to Aya Sofya and the Blue Mosque, central area, Spice Souq and decks to the Bosphore. Restaurants, cafes, grocery shop, currency change or ATM are available at walking distance. Marmaray station is a 2 minutes walk. Sanitaries (toilet, bathroom) have been recently renovated and are clean. Housekeeping is done daily and amenities are provided generously. I didn't try the spa but I should have as it has a nice steam room (local type of sauna). Overall the hotel is a good value-for-money option.

The area is noisy as restaurants close around 1AM. The hotel is a good for people with low expectations. If you have high expectations, just book elsewhere. Some rooms may be small but it is the case of most hotels in the area. The rooms could have a deep clean and paint could be refreshed.

The location is good walking distance to many attractions. The room size was perfect too. The staff all friendly who we had met during our stay were helpful, Nargis, Muhamed and Ayham. Also Ashraf was great help too. Would recommend to friends and family also.

The A/C is not giving cold air as much. Not enough sockets for charging one gives white sparks, which we avoided, so we had to use the fridge one. The room 201 windows aren't soundproof. You can hear noise with night work happening. Disturbed light sleepers like us. Stayed for 5 days, and bedsheets were changed once only and briefly cleaned twice only. Toilet basin is tight hit head on sink few times.

Excellent location. Close to the famous sites, eateries and public transport (metro, trams and buses). Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels and bathroom items replenished daily (shower gel, toilet paper, etc). Beds comfortable.

Some bathroom plumbing needs attention. Bidet not working. Poor shower pressure as it splits the water between big and small shower head so neither head has good flow. Sink tap was loose from basin. Hairdryer electrical socket was loose and had exposed wiring. All minor stuff and someone with basic mechanical aptitude could fix. We had a family room and whilst spacious, the window overlooked the wall of the adjacent building. Granted this is in an old neighbourhood where the buildings are built close to each other, but there was little natural light. We had to have the lights on all the time.
