Staff very kind and helpful. Location = in the middle = easy to join Galata/Taksim or choose boat for Asia side. In all cases, if you don't want to buy a SIM card, download maps you will visit before going out ... wifi is very helpful. Offline GoogleMap will be you friend outside as unfortunately, only very few Turkish people speak English

As any city center, you are near all accommodations 👍 but also some noise if you are in the unlucky side 😉 (and you want to keep windows opened)

Both shifts staff are very kind and helpful, the hotel is located on a street where all kinds of shops are at few meters from it, a busy road full of tourists, ery safe and great value

Zafer was an amazing guy, his attitude is very positive, very respectful and going extra mile to make you feel at home. The Black Lady receptionist was okay too but if I ever come back to Istanbul I'll be coming back to your Hotel because of Zafer. Great guy 👍

Bit of construction going on and very noisy during the day. But it's not that bad.

The hotel lies in the heart of historical center of Istanbul, very close to Aya Sophia. A big variety of public transport nearby. Stuff of hotel is very friendly and always ready to help and advise! I spend there about 2 weeks and still it wasn't enough to see all the stuff in city. I recommend to visit if you like to stay in Istanbul!

The best hotel staff I ever met. All very friendly, helpful and polite. Always asking how was my day. One of them even offered me his dinner- piece of delicious turkish lahmacun :) This is how all hotel staff should be like !!! Very good price. Excellent location. Quick and good laundry service.

Equipment of the room is not the newest and most luxurious, but you got what you pay for. For this price it is absolutely OK. Only thing I didnt like was the space between the toilet and the wall. It should be little bit bigger.

The staff was super friendly and cooperative. The hotel is located in a prime location (10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and 15 minutes from the main bazaar) Restaurants, bars and other required places are within walking distance.

There is amazing staff there. They are able to unearth everything you may need in Istanbul. It was a nice being in Turkey.
