Very lovely hotel with perfect location (Sirkeci). You have tram T1, marmaray metro, ferry all available within few minutes. Many tourists attractions are also available from walking distance. Every day rooms are cleaned and sheets changed, also you get new slippers daily. Breakfast is soo delicious and selection is good. Staff is friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. Hotel is small, 12 rooms in total and 2 per floor so its not crowded. Very good isolation, even though you're in very crowded part of city and music is going on all night, with closed widows you don't hear anything at all.

Nothing serious, but pillows were too high and it was hard to fall asleep using them. I used the little one, decorative as it had normal height. Maybe just switch them for lower, more natural pillows.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, being conveniently close to the tram station and to the egyptian bazar. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly helpful, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From offering assistance with various needs to even helping with the reservation of a taxi to the airport at a reasonable rate, the level of service is outstanding. I also want to highlight the hotel's flexibility and attention to detail. They graciously agreed to store our luggage early in the morning before check-in, and upon our return, everything had been seamlessly arranged in the room, impeccably organized

Amazing location, central to all public transport (trams, train and ferry). Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Great, friendly staff. We arrived at 7am, and they allowed us to check in straight away, which was greatly appreciated after a very long flight. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. On one day, they provided some complimentary fruit, which was a nice touch. We highly recommend this amazing family run hotel. We were very happy with our decision to stay here. Don’t hesitate to book!

Breakfast needs more attention.

The hotel is at a very central location, very convenient for excursions to the nearby tourist attractions. Bathroom was brand new (nice!) and the staff very helpful.

The breakfast was OK, but coffee was not that great. We had coffee elsewhere afterwards. The shampoo and soap smelled too sweet/cheap for our taste (like bubble gum), so we could not use it. There was hair on our bed linen upon arrival. One night, neighbours arrived late and were quite noisy.

Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows! I'm a side sleeper so I appreciate it when there's at least a third pillow to hug on to during the night, and the bed had five of them on it! I stayed in room 501 which I believe is the only room that actually has a true balcony, which when you're on it gives a pretty good view of the Bosphorus Strait (picture attached is the view from the balcony). The location was great, right next to the Marmaray station, and with tons of restaurants nearby and attractions close. Breakfast options were nice. Strong wifi. The area was very lively during the day, and at night it was surprisingly quiet! Would stay here again in that specific room because I love having a balcony.

When I booked the reservation they said that they had room 501 reserved for me, but a little mix-up had me in room 601 for the first night, which only has two doors with Juliet style balconies and only a small view of the Bosphorus if you stick your head out of it. They were able to get me into the correct room by about 11:00 a.m. the next day and resolved the situation. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would say that the balcony could use some new furniture as it was a bit dingy but not a huge deal. There were also a couple cigarette butts on it, but also not a big deal.

The hotel has a perfect location, you can quickly get to most sights. You don't have to worry about your meal because there are many restaurants just a few meters from the hotel, which offer only local specialties for a great price. As for the room: the room was clean, a good size, and had everything a proper hotel room should have, even a teapot. Breakfasts were adequate (good). If you have a problem with the sights or need to ask something (trip) just ask the reception and they will help you right away. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Very responsive front desk, who accommodated a few of our requests. Overall a great location, in close proximity to a couple of train lines. The staff had upgraded our room on our first of the two stays there, which was a pleasant surprise. For this price, this is one of the biggest sized rooms you can ask for in that area of the city.

Little bit basic breakfast sometimes you should wait to get eggs because they making with small portions, coffee terrible except one morning was offered turkish coffee by old lady what was excellent
