After leaving the hotel, they called and started telling us that we had paid with fake bills. At the same time, we paid at check-in. These same bills were easily changed at several exchange offices. It looks very much like a scam. Ruined the impression of the hotel.

The thing I liked the most that they were cleaning the room and changing all the towel everyday. The staff were very nice. The location is excelant and near from everything. There is a very near paid parking.

The only thing is that there is a tram rail next to the hotel and it is very noisy most of the time specially for the front rooms wich view on the street

Location was great, just in the middle of everything. But this of course came with the problem of hearing all the street noise (tram was very loud). The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. Breakfast is ok-ish, same every day so after 5 days you get pretty bored. Wi-fi working perfect in the room. Good AC. We didn't interact too much with the staff, so I can't rate them

Bath was old and water was leaking from the shower, so the floor was completely wet every time after using the shower. Room was crowded (there were 2 single beds and one double bed).

The location is perfect near the main touristic areas and very near to the tramway, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the beds and room services are perfect with clean sheets and towels, the breakfast was good and enough with different varieties

What needs improvement is the smeel of the toilet is annoying, and the bathroom needs a little maintenance and renovation Overall, it was a nice experience and will recommend the hotel for family stay

the staff were very helpful. he helped me to make a reservation for the Sufi whirling show. Location is very good, very easy to explore the area.

The only trash bin in the toilet is too small, and there is no other trash bin provided in the room. The floor is a bit sticky but they provide slippers. The placement of the toilet bowel and the sink are too close to each other that I have to place my left arm on the sink when I sitting on the toilet bowel.

This hotel is in a great location, great staff, good breakfast and they were very helpful when my parents arrived earlier than us. I also highly recommend the spa and the Turkish bath in the hotel. It was FANTASTIC especially Milana, she was so good and we went twice. They also had a pram ready for us when we requested and that helped us massively with our little one.

This is very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are not big but comfortable enough and clean. The hotel is placed next to variety of sight seeing so it will be easy visit them even by walk. Beds are very comfortable to sleep . Breakfast all the time is the same but it is not a problem if you are staying for 3-4 nights . Next to the hotel there are many cafes and restaurants so you can choose any of them. There is an elevator in the hotel with is good in can you have some baggage. They can also organize a transfer from/to airport (IST 25 Euro) which also nice. I'd recommend this hotel for travelers in case you looking for not expensive accomodation next to the city center

Nothing specific due to price (not a big room, maybe a bit cool but air condition fix that)

Staff, guys you were amazing. I faced a difficult situation with the transport to the airport hired (at the airport) and they helped me with the communication and everything needed to get to the airport on time! Really nice staff! The location is perfect, hot water, internet, big bed, very clean! Really recommended!!! Very close to the main must-see mosques.

I only missed a bit of fruits at breakfast, apart from that... All good!

Everything was fine. More in detail: location is perfect (500m walking distance both to train, metro, and boat stations); room size was more than enough for 2 persons with 4 baggage trolleys; cleaning service changed towels and cleaned up on a daily basis; breakfast & wifi were also in place; all hotel and room pictures absolutely match the reality. And the most important in this hotel is, of course, the staff! Cevdet, Togrul and others (sorry guys, don't remember all names) were always ready to assist in every single point.

Just some room for improvement: - to diversify a bit breakfast menu (could be better to have less, but different every day) - to add some extra services like Turkish bath, small pool and etc where possible - to arrange a roof terrace where possible

Stayed in rooms 602, 603 and 604 which were newly renovated and very comfortable. Excellent location, with the Sirkeci tram station only a few steps away. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but don't let that hold you, plenty of breakfast options can be found steps outside the hotel for a very fair price.

Stayed on the 6th floor and during most of our stay suffered from a bad smell from the bathroom drainage (hope it's not the same on the lower floors). The neighborhood and the tram line can be very noisy, while the windows are not soundproof.
