Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff

would like to be nearer Metro

The staff is very friendly. Nice location, walking distance to Osmambey Metro station. Relatively quiet as well too. Small shop opposite the hotel so you can always grab an ice cream from there :)

All good as it’s my 3rd time there so knew what to expect. In the past I wasn’t a massive fan of their breakfast so didn’t book it this time.

- Friendly, helpful reception staff - Complimentary Turkish tea on arrival - Very clean bedroom and bathroom - Comfortable bed - Kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water provided in room - Fridge, safe and toiletries - Slippers - nice touch! - Packed breakfast box as had to check early

French TV channel didn't work :-(

The Sparkle hotel stands out for its amazing staff and delicious breakfast. I arrived early and staff checked the rooms to see if I can check in earlier - I really appreciated the jesture to accommodate this request. Breakfast was not big, but always fresh and tasty. The room was nice and quiet, I liked the towels and linen - very comfortable and clean.

The hotel's location was great, however, it is still several min walk to the metro station. It was fine during beautiful May weather, but if you are visiting in summer, this may be too hot :)

Breakfast was a little different to what we were use to, but embraced the differant culture. Our stay at Sparkle was very enjoyable, excellent staff, ready to assist and was very helpful. Looking forward to my next stay!!

The only thing I can think of is that as I'm used to a warm breakfast, that was it, but as I said, when you are visiting another country, you should embrace the culture and anything else they have to offer.

Great mini hotel, it looks like a family business - being here and communicating with the staff is very pleasant. Excellent breakfast, in addition, there is a cozy café on the 1st floor. The room is very small but cozy. I think it's perfect for 2-3 days. Good Wi-Fi, a great team, everything is clean and great!

Big problem of the Car park

The hotel is located in a very exceptional quarter, Şişli, which is close to Taksim, Beşiktaş, Levent, etc., although the alley where the hotel is placed in is a little tight and hard to find. There is a great mall, Cevahir, nearby. Bus stop is also close and easy to catch. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-equipped, although with old stuff. Btw there is a new Iranian gentleman at the reception who was very kind and supportive. Other staffs were also very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.

Bedsheets and some other stuff in the room were old and rusty.

The hotel is perfect and comfortable the location is close to shopping center, and staff are amazing they support you with everything, the WI-FI in the hotel is very fast and this good asset. Thank you and I will always come again.sssssss..

Big room and fast internet, they are opening private internet for all costumers so it’s fast, there Cafe and market that you can buy Avery thing, we will come again:))
