The staffs, Ms. Yasmin and Mr. Majid were so kind and helpful. The location was good and many shops were around and near the hotel.

The size of room was a little small. Some facilities like glass and tissue were not in the roo.,although it seems it is popular in Turkyie hotels.

Since I came in the hotel I was impressed how clean it was. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. I got answers to my questions. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Bed was comfy and clean. In general is quiet in the hotel, You cant hear your neigbours. My room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast is really good for the price you are paying. I did not have time to try SPA. But I did use the gym. It was small but has enough in it. Location is really good close to the shopping centre and metro. Very easy to go in popular tourist places. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Noise from outside was annoying from the morning to the evening. I think there was some construction happening.

Not a criticism but just some feedback. We think that there should have been some more breakfast options , such as sausages, bacon etc for the British visitors. We eat completely different food to Turkish visitors. I had to stick to toast each morning only. Also , was told on two occasions that the toaster was closed ??? Why isn’t it turned on at the same time as the buffet opens ? Also , we were on the first floor and had a door banging shut very late at night that literally shook the room. It was coming from the reception area? Your cleaning ladies were wonderful when we asked for things. And the reception staff were very helpful, polite and professional. We would stay again but maybe have a higher floor.

The location is quite nice. It is near several attractions and shopping centers. The room I stayed in was rather small, but accommodating enough for a single person, perhaps even 2. Then again, considering the affordable prices, I don't think anyone can complain, and they do have bigger rooms in case you prefer something more spacious. I did not get the chance to try out the facilities such as the sauna or hammam (which are included in the stay!) or the massage services (paid), but it's nice to have those options. The room itself was clean, contained complimentary tea and instant coffee and was equipped with everything you'd need for a 1 week's stay.

The wifi was rather slow for certain applications such as video streaming and video calls, which may or may not be a dealbreaker depending on how much you need it. I assume the speed will depend on how many people are using the network at once, but I was having a hard time watching YouTube videos during the night (which I assume is when most of the guests are using the WiFi), which is kind of a bummer since that's my main source of entertainment and news.

They cleaned our room daily and the staff are very friendly too despite the language barrier. Since English is not their thing but they tried their best to communicate and act on our needs.

The breakfast was a bit limited in terms of options. The location is a bit on the residential side so if you want to explore you are forced to walk some distance to the train station or take a taxi ..

It is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. One of the main decision points has been the availability of the hamam/spa in the hotel as it is great for unwinding and relaxing after a busy day. The location is quite central if you are looking for a place in Bomonti yet on a quiet street. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, staff friendly and helpful.

The room is nice and furniture is new, super clean, staff is friendly, cleaning ladies did amazing job. Breakfast is not very interesting, but I still managed to find something I like. Wi-fi works well. The breakfast room is cute. Cannot say anything about the location, I selected it because it is close to my training center, but it would take 10-15 minutes to walk to the train station and 15-20 more minutes to get to the center. Nothing to add, everything was clean, calm, I wasn't bothered, the hotel is cute, the room is ok for one person. Good choice.

The bed is amazingly comfortable, and I also appreciate the nice amenities that are offered in the room. I liked the general style of the interior design, and the location is also quiet, even though it's a slight walk to the nearest metro station.

Some instructions on how to indicate whether you do not want to be disturbed or you want the room to be cleaned could be nice. Traditionally, this is done with pieces of paper that are then hung at the door handle. Yet this hotel had this sophisticated lighting system outside the door that indicates it instead. However, I tried to figure out how to operate these lights yet I couldn't find the switches that would turn them on or off.

cleanliness and location was good. beds were comfortable and bathroom and shower was clean. our room was upgraded to two bedrooms for us and our little which was really nice of the staff.

breakfast is not worth it at all. i would recommend not to include the breakfast, wake up a bit late and plenty of options around for brunch. We stayed on level one and room windows were not soundproof. We could clearly hear one’s conversation on the street let alone the traffic noise. not sure if its the same on other floors

hotel staff were very understanding and helpful. A slightly larger room was available. They provided our comfort without any extra charge. We were very pleased. The bath was very nice. There was no one there, it was as if they were special to us. Our room was very clean. I'm sure we will come again.

Everything was fine, we just found the open buffet a little expensive.
