Staff was nice, and the hotel had a pizza restaurant across the street which we really loved.

The hotel has no sound proof so be prepared to hear every single noise from inside and outside the hotel. Also, the shower is really weak and clumsy. Not good. We struggled while showering and had to adapt to the bad shower head.

I would like to start by saying that stayso is a wonderful hotel. I had great experience and enjoyed my time there. Comparing with other 3 stars hotel it considered as top rank. Pros Supper friendly staff, Clean hotel, not far from metro and center of sisli. Cons Taking your bags to and from your room specially when you do shopping like we did and end up with heavy bags as the hotel entrance has some stairs toward the elevator .. Pros having said that the staffs there were very helpful. It is just the structure of the hotel. Pros Although having coffee in the morning is normal thing but hotel staff greeting you in the morning with your special cup of coffee add great value. Cons The rout to Main Street is with slope in it, kind of difficult for elderly. That is from hotel to street as the way for coming back is from up to down☺️, we enjoyed racing toward hotel Cons Hotel provide parking area for your car, however it is far from the hotel, Pros Mr. Sabah was very kind and helpful to reserve a parking for me in front of the hotel. Excellent location, 10 minutes walking to the nearest metro and Cevahir mall. This is a cozy place with top class amenities. Cleanliness is spot on. Excellent traditional Turkish breakfast and the coffee is fantastic. But what made my stay special was the kind and polite staff members who was always ready to help and assist at any hour. Sabahattin, together with Şeyma, Vedat, Vahit, Theo, Araz, Mert, Abdullah was wonderful and are a great asset for this hotel. You may want to go back there just for their hospitality.

Nothing in particular, Just that the AC was not working but it did not bother me much with cold and pleasant weather outside.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The manager's friendliness and politeness added a welcoming touch to our experience. The fact that it's a non-smoking room was a definite plus. Highly recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

While our stay was enjoyable, I couldn't help but think it would be wonderful if the hotel was dog-friendly. Considering the clean rooms, comfort, and the manager's friendliness, allowing dogs would make it an even more appealing choice for our next visit.

the place was super clean and smelled nice, it was very safe for a solo traveler, there is someone at the reception to help you at all times and greet you also if you are coming at night the doors will be closed and they will make sure you are a guest. there was a construction nearby and I asked to change my room they happily did and gave me a better one. if you ask them to help you book a taxi they will. the neighborhood is very quite in general and it’s a 10 minute walk from everything you need. there is a metro station, a bus stop and a close mall ( around 15-20 minutes walk). the staff was friendly and everyone was super helpful I didn’t get the chance to have everyone’s name but mr vahit mr sabahattin and seyma are very friendly. For the value of money this place is worth it.

there was a loud construction nearby and the windows are not soundproof, If you are a light sleeper you might get annoyed in the early morning. I recommend always choosing a higher floor room it’s quitter.

The boutique style hotel Stayso is located in Şişli neighborhood with a walking distance to nisantasi and osmanbey areas surrounding by shops, malls and restaurants. The staff was extremely welcoming,receptionists Şeyma and Sabahattin both were so kind and attentive. From the generous room upgrade to the complimentary coffee in the lobby,me and my husband enjoyed every moment of our short stay in Stayso cloud7 and highly recommended to everyone who wants to feel the same. The room was stylish,equipped with modern and brand new furnitures also it has all the amenities you can possibly need. Special thanks to Merve and her team for creating an unforgettable stay like no others.

We stayed for 10 days and it was amazing because of the amazing staff at reception all of them were so kind and helpful to us especially shaima she was very friendly and nice to us till the end and her amazing smile also aras ( so sorry if I wrote the names wrong) he was the one who made our check in , we were so tired and he makes us feeling like it’s our home and he really did his best to help us at the middle of night , also donr and Ayoub, Andrew they was so kind and very welcoming guys , never forget abdullah the one who made the best coffee ! all the housekeeping staff were so good at there job! Ofc if i will recommend stayso hotel to everyone i know lastly thank you stayso hotel for the great accommodation!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful especially Shaima and Sabah The location is very good you can walk 7 minutes to Otman Metro station and to Jawaher mall. Every thing is provided in the room and they clean it daily. They lobby is contain of Cafe and they give to us a free cup of coffee. I recommend any one to stay in this wonderful hotel with good price compare to another hotel in the same location. I will book again to this hotel when I will come back to Istanbul.
