The rooms was spacious and clean, the facilities and bathroom amenities included in the room were good quality. The rooftop terrace where they serve breakfast has a spectacular view of the Sisli skyline, the breakfast buffet in the mornings were amazing! Loved our stay! The staff were extremely helpful, Berkay, Aysan, Selim and Kadir. The location is on a wide street so easily accessible by car, the area didn't have too much traffic, there were markets and food shops closeby walking distance, also the Cevahir Shopping Mall was just a few kilometers away. If you prefer a quiter stay in Istanbul away from the high tourist traffic this is a wonderful place to stay.

I stayed in Ramada Encore sisli for 11 days. I was very impressed by the quality of service and the hospitality of the staff. I would like to thank the manager Mehmet who helped me with my reservation when I arrived 6 hours earlier than the check in time. He was great and professional. Also, I would like to thank Efe, Kadr, Ali and Ismail for helping me whenever i need help. they were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. for the room: it is exactly like the pictures. clean, quite(you can't hear the neighbours or outside traffic noise) and A/C is very cold. I'm definitely going to stay there when i come back to Istanbul next time

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul, and I must say, the experience was just delightful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. amazing. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The way they combined traditional Turkish flavors with international cuisine was a real treat. The fitness room, too. It was ok equipped and clean. But what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. The reception team was not just professional but genuinely kind and helpful. They made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. And Selim, oh, what a gem! He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Big thanks to the person at the parking too. Super kind guy.

The hotel is a new one with comfy mattress and clean rooms. We chose this hotel for the weekend with my family - there was no superior room, so they gave us a deluxe room. The view in the restaurant for breakfast is beautiful, food is good. We had a late dinner there and liked it so much! Great gratitude to the receptionists Berbay, Aysun and Selim! They were very helpy and pleasant! Tessekkur ederiz!

The location is rather strange - the hotel is squeezed between a small bank and some street shops. Generally this area is better than Fatih (historical center as there is much traffic there), Istiklal and Nisantasi districts are very close.

The hotel is clean, as same as the photos provided. The check-in was fine and as expected, the front desk was welcoming. I can’t forget Hasan and Selim, they were very helpful and supportive, I really wanna thank them both, they were trying to help in all the way they can. The breakfast was excellent, variety of types. The lady who was tiding the room was spreading a positive vibes everywhere, always smiling, welcoming, greeting like we are visiting her at her home, she was so nice. Generally, all the staff workers were absolutely amazing.

There are two negative things I found in the hotel; 1. The insulation of the rooms are really low which you can hear what they are talking. 2. The hot water, it’s really difficult to balance the water which either turns too much hot or too much cold just from sudden.

The hotel was really clean, the location was perfect and close to everywhere I needed. The staff were really friendly.
