The hotel is in a very central area, The staff is super helpful and kind.

The interiors are a bit old and the bed is not really comfy

Wonderful helpful and friendly staff who always went the extra mile. Very comfortable beds and a superb location. I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again if visiting Istanbul.

The view from the window in my room was not the greatest but every other aspect more than compensated for this.

We went as a guest and returned as a family. The staff at Westist are excellent. From the reception to housekeeping and the restaurant; everyone had a charming attitude towards guests. We stayed for 8 nights and we were taken care of amazingly. To take a few names; Vedat - 5 Stars :) Sevgi Berk Sinem Melek Aysa and many more especially guys at the restaurant. were very keen to assist us with any needs. The hotel is located in the most accessible place which takes you to Taksim Square and anywhere around Istanbul.

Located next to a busy street. Some noises from the street should be expected but should be part of your holidays. You should be prepared with a map to take you around the place. The place is crowded at night.

I was positively surprised by this hotel! Good location, modern rooms, comfortable bed, rain shower, spa services for a reasonable price. I would especially like to note the work of the staff - everyone made sure that my stay was comfortable. Spa is really good))) Sauna and hammam 👍 I definitely recommend it!

Breakfast.... I think it's worthwhile to diversify the food at breakfast. I missed the Turkish flavour. My hair dryer was in dangerous condition. It's cord was broken in several places. It's very risky. I asked to change it, stuff brought me another one, but it didn't work.

The staff is great, Baram helped us out greatly and gave us the best recommendations. Just the whole staff is sweet, every day they will great you with a smile and just a lil conversation. They are also super helpfull, one day I stayed in my room late and I wanted my bedsheets cleaned. So the staff did it after I asked it. The hotel is placed centrally and really cute. It’s a great citytrip/boutique hotel. I would definitely go back. You are literally on Istiklal street in 3 minutes. There is a great restaurant placed next to the hotel so definitely check that one out. Also they have a massage /hamam and welness centrum in the hotel, which is nice.

The helpfulness and resourcefulness of both Sinem and Hasan have absolutely make our stay (6 of us) a pleasurable and memorable experience. On top of the warm and helpful welcoming and farewelling hospitality, they went above and beyond assisting with a medical issue that plaqued one of our group (from language translation, checking traffic condition, direction to hospital, making multiple calls etc). Their recommendation of the hotel restaurant for dinner was spot on for a delectable experience of local cruisine. We went back for lunch the next day. Besides the hotel being centrally located, very clean and the staff's helpfulness from all things A-Z (as experienced by us) made our stay memorable and we would stay again.

The rooms are not large but are still comfortable, clean and the air con worked very well which can be a godsend on 35 + degree days. Had a Medical Massage at the Hotel Spa and it was well worth the cost.

Service at the Restaurant. We went there for lunch one day and sat out side, we waited 15 minutes for any type of service and the manager or waiter was playing on a terminal or computer and after 15 minutes of not even being asked if we want a drink we left and got some local Doner and Adanni food elsewhere

Staff spoke good English which was not the experience in other hotels I stayed at in my travels around Turkey. I am rating this facility based on it's 3 Star boutique hotel rating. The rooms are not large but are still comfortable, clean and the air con worked very well which can be a godsend on 35 + degree days. The hotel is only 40 meters away from İstiklal Avenue which has to be seen to be believed. Had a Medical Massage at the Hotel Spa and it was well worth the cost.

Probably Room Service as they order from local restaurants but didn't really affect me as I was always at the local cafes or street food Doner places for amazing traditional food .

I booked this specific hotel to have easy access to hammam, which did not meet my expectations, but everything else was good. Place looks stylish, it's pleasant to stay there, staff were amazing, cant say anything about the food. Rooms are small and a little worn out, but comfortable enough. Located on a narrow side street, so it's quiet at night. Overall it's ok value for money.

Spa works 12 pm - 10 pm, which for me personally is the opposite of when I would go there. One day I waited till the opening, it worked, but took time to heat up. Effectively, there's nothing to do in hammam and sauna until it around 2-4 pm. Consider this, if it's important for you like it was for me.

Rooms are very cozy and clean. Hotel has a great design and staff are super friendly. At the reception part, cinem is super kind, very helpful and attentive. The location is the best for both shopping and public transportation accessibility.
