Loved the room, the view, the breakfast, the location, and the air conditioning. The rooftop view and pool was also really nice. Overall a great stay in Istanbul.

I was confused by the cost of breakfast. Originally the staff said it would be cheaper if I paid ahead of time, but it was actually less expensive than their quoted rate when I bought it that morning. Either way it was delicious and affordable! They also called me a taxi that completely overcharged me for going to the airport. If I knew that was going to happen, I would have called my own Uber or Bitaksi. I wouldn't trust the taxis next to the hotel.

How this hotel has a lower than 8 score on Booking.com baffles me This place was superb. Spotless clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Offered services that you nowadays only get in 5star establishments. Amazing views. Clean windows. Foyer and hallways were all tastefully decorated as well as rooms. Good amenities in room and bathroom. Strong water pressure and ample shelf space for Toiletries.

I saw many reviews complaining about size of bathroom. Yes it is small, but very well planned. No need for more space. (only problem maybe is to keep the floor dry after a shower)

The best location, lots of great little restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. 5 minute walk to main shopping strip. This is definitely the better side of town to stay, the other side of the river is very touristy near the bazaar which we found to be overwhelmingly packed with people. Clean rooms and excellent service, very comfortable bed (about king size for any big and tall people, so perfect for us!). The absolute best view of Istanbul from the 360 degree rooftop with incredible bar (cocktail making artists!) And pool.

first and Friday most the service and friendly staff,,,,,,, this hotel’s management ( our encounter was with Mr Erman) simply will not have it when it comes to dissatisfied customers! if you’re one that appreciates good hospitality, friendly staff and cosy atmosphere this is the place ! Mr Erman never disappointed and always greeted with such a warm smile & genuinely asked re satisfaction with our stay, offered suggestions, and simply made everything nicer ! The view is spectacular plus the location is perfect 👌🏼

there was constantly an issue with the keys ( maybe due to putting card near mobile) but that was solved instantly. pool was closed in May for renovation and could be lack of sight on our part while booking ,,,,, But Mr Erman made sure we were compensated and most importantly we felt you could talk to him & someone was interested genuinely & geared to make our stay one of the best ! we really appreciated his kindness & readiness to turn anything slightly wrong to perfect! Thank you Mr Erman from all of us! your kindness made such a difference 🙏🏼

perfect location to the old city and new, close to metro. Beyoğlu street is 2-3 meters away.

first we booked a more moderate room with a sea view. unfortunately the picture and the reality was a little different; the sea view room was definitely not the worth, a little sea lots of buildings. then we upgraded it to the suit and voila!

Had a great time at this unique location with great little restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.. I stayed in a very cozy and comfortable room. The hotel has a nice pool and an amazing rooftop bar with the best view of the Old City from the highest point in Galata. It is close to the Istiklal street, Sishane metro, Tunel etc. The Mikla restaurant is excellent. The staff are very professional and friendly. They were all extremely helpful whenever I had a query or if i needed anything. I highly recommend The Pera Marmara hotel

Best hotel, with great views, location and service I highly recommendation and will definitely come back again, specially thank Muhammad in reception a very good person and professional, as well as thanks to Matt who is a practitioner and another employee whose name I can't remember ... As for the kitchen, everything was delicious… pool was clean and with amazing views.also hotel is pet friendly and all staff Was Playing with My Little Yorkie… Thank for my great vacation 🎊

We loved the city and slight sea view from room 1103....very nice room! Highly recommend. We also booked a room with sea view on a higher floor for my parents on floor 1511...the rooms on this side of the building suffered noise from nearby ground floor bars and clubs until 2am (not really bad but enough to keep my parents from having peaceful rest each night and not just at weekends.) Other than that there is a taxi rank directly outside. The location is also amazing! So central to istiklal street and 10 mins walk from galata tower and taksim Square. Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and spacious and cleaned daily. If we needed anything a quick call to reception would sort with no problem. Highly recommend this hotel!
