We enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations about staying at the hotel again. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was very good, and there was good acess to the metro/subway, main line train station and old town area. There were also convenience stores and a large number of good, reasonably priced, restaurants nearby. It is a hotel I would reccommend to friends and fellow travelers.

This is not a complaint, because the staff, overall, were very good, but one or two of the male receptionist were a bit cold and unfriendly. Maybe this was because they were uncomfortable speaking in English. All I will say is that, particularly when you can't communiate, I friendly smile goes a long way.

The hotel is placed in a very central area of the city, we reached it by car with minimal effort (Izmir traffic might be a bit chaotic but nothing to worry about) and as soon as we arrived a guy from the reception took our car and parked it bringing out luggages in no time. The room was perfect just as expected with all the comforts and some nice details that you rarely get in turkish hotels (combs, disposable slippers, various kits for the bathroom). Everything has been smooth and easy from start to finish and I would easily visit again and/or suggest it.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety when it comes to the sweet part, nonetheless it was really good. The bed was a bit soft for our standards.

The staff was warm, polite, and always eager to assist with helpful information. Its convenient location made exploring nearby cities a breeze with accessible transportation options. Surprisingly for a three-star hotel, the breakfast was of high quality and offered a wide variety of options. Daily housekeeping and reasonably priced laundry service added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. Highly recommended for a delightful and hassle-free visit.

I encountered a minor drawback. For one night, the AC in my room didn't work properly, making it challenging to sleep comfortably. However, I understand that these issues can arise due to the location of air handling units, and it resolved itself after a few hours. The staff was not informed about the matter, as it quickly rectified itself, and for the rest of my stay, the AC worked perfectly fine.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. The room I stayed in was fantastic. It was spacious, well-designed and cozy. The bed was incredible comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining it throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the outstanding breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were great. There was a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and delicious omelettes. Every staff member was polite and professional. The hotel's location was also a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near a central area, making it easy for me to explore the city's attractions. I appreciated being within walking distance of popular landmarks, restaurants, and shops.

The Emens Hotel is modern and well located. Our room was clean and big enough. We had a safe and were overall happy with our choice.

The breakfast was below average. Turkey is known for good breakfast. The selection in the Emens Hotel was very modest and we personally didn't like the taste very much. Furthermore, one was sometimes woken up at night by other guests. As soon as someone used the toilet or shower in another room you could hear it in your own room as if they were using your own bathroom.

It was trip to İzmir for work, so the good internet and public transport availability were the first reasons to choose hotel. WiFi was very good in the room and in the lobby of course. Wide choice of meals at the breakfast, all is tasty and fresh. Good equipment, friendly and helpful staff. Room was really good and comfortable. Free coffee and tea in the lobby bar was available all the time. İzmir is a very nice modern city, hope one day will be able to visit again.

It was a bit scared to go back hotel alone evening time because of crowds of migrants close to hotel and metro. It's not about the work of the hotel, just in common.

After a long coastal journey we arrived at Emens Hotel. With a baby of 5 months travelling can be difficult, but the hotel and Izmir were great to us! I would like to thank the staff, Ms. Tugçe, Mr. Bariş and all other staff for being so kind and uplifting. Truly the gems on top of the great facilities. İn short: +Clean Rooms +Baby friendly, cot was placed in our room before we arrived. +Very Good varied breakfast +Valet Parking in a very busy Izmir +Smart TV in the mirror (Netflix) +Shower pressure is excellent +Great location within 8-10 minutes walk from major shopping places and kültür Park +Mini fridge is filled nicely and the pricing is not crazy like other hotels. +The staff <3, even though we weren't much in the hotel, the smiling faces on arrival makes your day! There is no dinner service, but let's be honest who wants to eat in a hotel when you are in Izmir!? İf you do, they allow to order food into the hotel all the way up your room it gets delivered, even at 1 AM :)

After thinking for a while all İ can say is that the cucumber and tomatoes at breakfast could be sliced thinner. Also the red room in the pictures aren't that attractive. The hotel actually looks even better than in the pictures!!!

The hotel is wonderfully central and yet our room was quiet and peaceful. The decor is modern, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were very nice (especially the receptionist who checked us in - he spoke outstanding English), with the exception of the sulky looking breakfast waiter who found it impossible to crack even a small smile. The price is amazingly good value, and we'd highly recommend staying here - but only if you like really SOFT beds. If anything, we found the bed too soft, and would book a twin room next time as the double bed was so soft we kept rolling into the middle and crashing into each other. Firmer mattresses would be a great option. :-)

The hotel was well located, walking distance to Konak Pier, the bazaar and Agora and also accessible via public transport. Travel to and from the airport thrue metro and train is also convenient enough. Rooms are spacious and tidy and have all the amenities one might need. Towels always smell freshly laundered and toiletries are replenished every day. Breakfast is also ample, with good selection. The best part of our stay however was the staff. Everyone was so courteous and friendly and always ready to help. We really didnt know what to expect when we booked our Izmir stay (as this was intended mainly our base for exploring Ephesus and Pamukkale), but I must say we were pleasantly surprised. And this is in large part due to the kindness of the staff.

If i were to nitpick, there was a faint smell of smoke in the room. Im not sure if we got assigned a smoking room though so that might explain it.

This was my second stay at this hotel. As always, the staff were excellent and the rooms are superbly modern & clean with full facilities and excellent mood lighting. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is in a good location close to Basmane station, Konak pier and the old market. In particular, sincere thanks extended to Ersun on Reception for assisting with the our IzmirKarts.

I can't really fault the hotel.
