The AC is a lifesaver - the room was warm in minutes. The staff were really kind and spoke English quite well. The breakfast was enjoyable and unlimited coffee was included. The room was very comfortable and the location is quite close to bigger sightseeing points. Also, the view from ny room was really nice.

The room could be better if there was a bigger trash can and it would be warmer in the bathroom if the window could close.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner Arda , who was very friendly and helpful, rooms are basic but very clean with good showers and hot water, beds are comfortable, WiFi is excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the train and metro station and shops and places to eat, the lovely harbour front is also an easy walk. The breakfast on offer is plentiful and tasty, on our departure we were given a gift , a blue eye to bring us good luck, thank You so much for the wonderful gesture, Well recommended for your stay

The hotel itself is pretty good for the money. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked fine. Shower with hot water, good wi-fi. And very friendly, helpful and really nice staff.

The room was rather old and weirdly located - with window view to an inner part of the street/building. Bathroom seemed pretty old. Toilet and shower worked fine though. Located on a street full of migrants (many guests already mentioned it already).

Great hotel, loved it! We've got a room upgrade for free and enjoyed our airy room - it has a large window with plenty of light and fresh air. If you're wondering what's the difference between economy-class rooms and standard rooms - it's the side of the hotel (different staircases): the economy side has smaller windows, therefore, less fresh air. The staff is accommodating & friendly. The breakfast buffet is good (it's served 8-10). They even changed our towels (we stayed two days and didn't expect that).

It's a bit uncomfortable to climb the stairs with heavy luggage but we knew there's no lift - it's okay.

Loved breakfasts, loved the service. Everybody was so kind and cheerful. They really made it feel like home. Also great in terms of transportation.

The neighborhood is not for everyone. Some people say it's dangerous but it always felt like it's crowded enough to make sure there's no threat. I also wish I'd hear less of what was going on inside and outside the hotel.

Personal is very nice and helpful. Extremely helpful receptionist Arda checked me in before check in time after see me tired after the flight. It was so kind of him. He assisted me in a lot of questions during this difficult pandemic times: explained how to get to closest lab to make Coronavirus test (required by my country rules), explained how to get to bus station and all my questions and request. And it was so kind that he by himself delivered breakfast to the tables in breakfast place. Receptionist Ahmet helped me to bring heater when it was cold. So the stag is amazing. Also the guy who helped clean and serve to receptionists was very nice. Thank you guys! The location is very comfortable - not far from beautiful park, and 5-10 min to the marina. Not far from there, after the cobblestone small street you can find marketplace with shops and cafes. Metro also is very close. The rooms are small but the value and price are very good. I had warm water and all needed amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner. It’s really clean before check in. I don’t expect receive huge Hilton style room at this price, by which you can rent a bed in 8 dormitory sharing room in hostel. I really appreciate that I had my own beautiful small room in the pandemic times by this small price, I’m separated from others and safe. It clean and very nice. Bed is comfy. Be healthy and take care of yourself!

Had a small issue with A/C but guys resolved it fast. Some sellers from the opposite side of street are a little annoying to women but you can find this problem all over the city and it’s not related to hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful, at the end, a handsome man gave me a beautiful keychain

The receptionist at the beginning didn't want me to help at all to explain to me how to turn on the lights and the location of the hostel is a bit dangerous. The door of the shower was small

I will rate hotel staff for 11/10. He is super friendly and can speak German as native speaker. Air condition works so well. It might look frightening at night on the street, but there is nothing. From hotel, you can reach many restaurant, supermarket, barber shop, exchange money, electronic stuff etc. so easy. The bus stop to go to bus station is located near hotel.

The Hotel manager spoke really good English and even German. He was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was not amazing,but definitely fine. Nice bathroom.

The area around the Hotel seems a bit rough at first, but once you know the area, you see it's safe and fine.

I liked everything very much! The location is excellent, close to the center and attractions, the staff is very helpful, greets you with a smile, the breakfast is good, and upon departure we even received a gift, which was unexpected but very nice!
