Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention

Hotel is good, but really needs some restoration very fast because it is visible that there were no recent investments . Overall I can say that it was of for the money payed. In the room fee it was include acces to exterior pools (2 of them on both sides of hotel), interior thermal pool, jacuzzi, hamam, sauna, showers, gym, classes . Only massage is extracharge. Breakfast is very good, beds are very confy , enough parking places.

I didn't want to ruin the score of hotel because overall it was a good experience, but we've had a very uncomfortable moment with one of the employees (lady from reception in spa are, with dark curly hair , that is probably a manager) that had a very rude of telling us a rule regarding pool, and when I'checked again in the rule book, that rule does not exist. This kind of people shouldn't work in tourism because the don't know how to behave and they ruin the image of hotel

everything was amazing ! very friendly staff ! the spa amazing very good prices ! reception 10 on 10 ! all the people very friendly and very helpfully on everything! room 10 ! very clean.! the location very good ! we suggested 100% and the breakfast amazing also ! the room service very friendly and the catalog a lot of choices ! 100% value for money ! and the gym all with TECHNOGYM the best !

This hotel was a last-minute booking and it was a great choice. The hotel vibes are classy and calm. The thermal pools are relaxing with one indoor thermal and an outdoor one that is open until 11 p.m.! There is also an outdoor normal pool but we did not use that when there are two other pools that are thermal. The spa is big with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath facilities. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It really is a relaxing haven and we really needed that after a long road trip. I would definitely come back!

The shower in our toilet was broken. However, the toilet had a bath and a shower so that is a plus. I really cannot think of other downfalls. It was a lovely stay.

The hotel is really nicely decorated and looks spacious, with really good extras like swimming pool and thermal pools. Food served in the breakfast area was tasty and good variety. We ordered some main dishes to our room too, that was also tasty. Pools are great. I loved the location. While having a breakfast one lady from the hotel customer relations approached our table and asked if everything is alright. We said some complaints and she promised to resolve same day which she really did. We left the hotel pleased...

The bed is really firm, not on the comfortable side. I had pain in my hips and legs. The pillows are very soft, there is no middle between those two. The bed was really disappointment.

The facilities such as the pool are amazing. Breakfast is very good with a good variety for different tastes. Reception is helpful. The location is good a bit far from the city center but accessible by public transport and very peaceful.

The music choice at the breakfast hall was not really good. It was not relaxing (some of the tracks sounded annoying to us!) and had no taste of Turkish music. The path from the nearest bus stop to the hotel is not good at all. Very dirty, dangerous for pedestrians (cars driving too fast and missing pedestrian paths in some areas), and a bit dark at night. The hotel should do something about it or provide a free shuttle to the city centre and at least to the nearest metro station.

The staff at the establishment is incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude, especially to Ms. Remzie, who went above and beyond in assisting my non-English speaking mother.

Would be nice if hotel will provide additional conveniences like airport transfers and beach shuttles. The option of full board would ensuring a delightful and all-inclusive experience for guests.

we had an amazing time at kaya hotel in Izmir! the staff everyone working hard to meet the guest’s needs. staff responsible for guest relation services are great , caring and knowledgeable people. the spa is absolutely great. the staff are really helpful and welcoming. they help us with figuring out what massage suits my body and lifestyle demands. Massage treatments are absolutely on points and it is delivered by professionals. at Kaya Izmir, the gym is quite equipped with all you need to meet your daily training needs. there is a rehabilitation center where my mother could receive daily physiotherapy and followed by a great physiotherapist and his caring assistants. last but not least, the food is absolutely delicious and you are left with loads of varieties. i could continue eating healthy and clean while being on holidays.

Everything provided by the hotel was executed to a very good standard. I was very pleased with the ease of access to thermal pools + spa items, room service provided great food, and the breakfast & dinner buffets were great (perhaps the dinner buffet was a little more expensive than other venues in the immediate area).

Cost on the dinner buffet could perhaps be a little more competitive. Access to the immediate area is really via taxi only. Locals do come and use the thermal pool sometimes, and they tend to just loiter in the pool taking up space chatting rather than actually swimming, which is mildly-annoying.

The thermal hotel was excellent with sauna, thermal pools, Turkish Hammam, jakuzi and related facilities. The breakfast and a la cart restorant were also great to enjoy. The personnel were super friendly and kind to help. The location is very nice, while we would enjoy going out of the hotel for a mountain trip.

The bedroom's door to the balcony had a gap on the upper side and with strong wind it made a wuthering that kept us from sleeping for hours at night. This is reported to the hotel personnel. We regretted not bringing our ear plugs.

We liked the cleanness of the place, friendly staff, wide food selection, good WiFi connection, thermal indoor and outdoor pools, the hotel building itself, the architecture and design, the live music (piano). It was my birthday, so as soon as they knew about it, they prepared a cute small birthday cake for me, which I really loved 🎂🎉😊.Specifically Berna ( PR) and Sevda (waitress) were very friendly. Even though the staff were very friendly, but in the restaurant downstairs they could have been a bit more attentive in terms of serving tea or coffee and the rest. So the guest wouldn't have to wear the mask and the gloves every 5mins to go and refill their drinks. But overall they're helpful and friendly staff. Again thank you 🙏🏻
