- strategic location, near alsancak izban station, alsancak gar tram stop and alsancak iskele ferry port - the room was great, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, there's a mini kitchen with stove, fridge and cutlery - near convenience store, cafes, restaurants and shops - only took 30 mins to/from airport by izban

- i arrived at 5 pm but my room wasn't ready for check in

The pictures meat perfectly the reality. Tje room was Spacious, clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and kind. They also speak English, so there was no communication issues. The location was perfect, like 2min from the down town of ALSANCAK and 5mins from the ALSANCAK train and tramway station. We highly recommend it!

During our stay, there was some construction near the hotel, but they started and finished during the working hours, so it was not a big issue for us. Plus, it's something temporary so not a big deal. One small things we didn't like, that the soundproofing of the room was not that good, the last night we had some noisy neighbors. However, we still recommended this hotel for a stay in Izmir.

Fabulous location (we highly suggest this neighbourhood to other travelers); it was close to top shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, sea, metro, tramway, ferry and bus stations. There is a Sunday marker near the hotel as well to buy cheap vegetable and we were able to cook at hotel with fresh food. Friendly and kind staff

Kitchen section was a bit dark and cleaning times was not clear to us (it seems to be some days in the morning and other days in the evening)

We booked this hotel for just 2 days. Hotel Staff was very polite, kind and talkative. Reception desk was working 24/7. They have guided us how to commute in / between cities. It was first time for us to book a place with its own kitchen, But it was fun and all stuff were under our hands to cook whatever we want, except supplement and foods of course. Room was clean, AC, TV, other facilities were working very well. There was a mini bar with water included for free, other stuff for sale of course. There were couple of markets nearby i.e Migros, A101 that work till night where prices are very low, In addition, there are mini markets that work 24/7 in which prices might be a bit higher than Migros and A101. Location is superb, There are local restaurants nearby. Tram station nearby solved all our concerns regaring transportation. Special shout out to Bengu for supporting us during our stay.

Location,cleanness, room for leave baggage, facilities. Mr Caner was very helpful and wrote the address and ways to go to the touristic places.

They charged us for early check in and it was the first time I heard about charge for early check in. Staff seems so busy, most talking on the phone and one of them (girl) was not helpful at all. She send us to another room(small) and when I complained and said it is not the room that I booked, after half an hour she said we changed room because elevator is out of function.

The location is really very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they respond to requests very fast. No noisy neighbors, Elevator fine. The bed is the real king size, the furniture is modern. Air conditioner works good. There are shops very near to the hotel. Easy access to metro and easy to find via google map. Best value for money.

Wifi did not work for 2 days .I guess it was not the problem with the hotel but with internet providing company ,but as you all know internet is very important for tourists since we used to check on the places we would go the day before the trip, and we had to use money from our mobile phone for internet. I hope the hotel takes it seriously and make some amendments to their contract with internet provider. Another thing is that this hotel is not suitable for people who wakes up after 7 AM in the morning since the construction next to the hotel starts working at 7.IT WAS NOT a problem for us, we prefer to wake up early, but just saying so nobody gets upset))))You can check with the hotel if the construction is over before reservation.

The room was clean and spacious. Nice TV, good hot shower.

Staff not too helpful - I asked where I can go for restaurants and stuff and they just said oh when we see you again we’ll tell you … like what? Just tell me now?! Also, the area around the hotel is run down and ugly - not a good impression. But the hotel itself is nice inside

Clean daily

Loved the room and facilities with complementary waters daily. Woman who did room service was lovely.

Unable to connect any usb/ cables to the tv to stream from laptop also no bluetooth option available. Only 1 channel was Turkish no english ones. Could have been a slightly more convenient way to move our suitcases from entrance to room. We had to carry/ wheel them through the hotel.

The place was super clean, and we have a lot of space. The possibility to cook in the small kitchen is a great plus! The hotel was well-located, easy to find and very close to a lot of restaurants and the metro station to reach out the airport.

Be aware that in Izmir, speaking English is still not super common but there's always a good samaritan that will help you translate!
