The location can’t be beat! As you approach the hotel from the cute little alley way it is located on, there are two tables in front with chairs which was a great place to sip the self serve coffee and tea they have in the lobby. The room was super clean, the bed comfortable, with plenty of hot water, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgraded room in the back with a balcony, which was nice.

Since this is the happening place in town, you can hear party music from the room on some nights. The water seems to be treated, like softened water, which makes it feel like you can’t get all the soap off when you shower, but this was not an issue for us. Just good to be aware.

The property is located within a lively area of Izmir. 24 hour desk service, Wifi is excellent, rooms are exceptionally clean, staff respond immediately to every request. The area is safe, friendly and there are an endless number of businesses in the area catering for all tastes. It is interesting to note that many locals from outside this area prefer to visit and spend time here. Taxis are plentiful and affordable connecting visitors to the many sites Izmir has to offer.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. This property is right in the middle of restaurants, coffee bars, pedestrian areas. JUST BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! Gokmen the Manager went out of his way to help us find an agency that would take us to Ephesus, The House of Virgin Mary and then to the airport because we had a plane to catch. He even walked us to the shuttle van to communicate our needs to the driver. Really wish we had more time to spend in Izmir. Would definitely love to go back and stay at Viva La Vita. Oh! Loved the Frida Mural in the reception area!

perfect little boutique hotel, prime location for getting about Izmir. we stayed three night even though a lot of bars around it wasn’t noisy late. all quiet by 1 ish which we were happy, by the time we were back at the hotel no real noise at all. clean fresh lobby area .

being picky as there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like ! maybe a bit if a walk to the metro and small rooms but fine for a couple we were comfortable to be honest ! minimal out side area but as it’s a city hotel didn’t really expect any !!! we opted to pay at hotel, so the price you pay is dependant on the rate on the day you check in not what you paid . which I wasn’t too happy about ! so pay when you book to avoid additional charges

Excellent location - lovely street, close to loads of nice restaurants, walking distance from the trams. Very nice man at reception, I forgot to ask his name but he was very kind and helpful.

Room was very small, it had everything we needed but it's definitely more appropriate for a single person rather than a couple. No extractor fan, so paired with the heat the bathroom did smell a little.

highly functional room, very good soundproofing in the windows, even with the loud clubs one road over. Had no problems sleeping. Plenty of room to hang clothes, outlets near bed, built in AC unit. Front desk was very nice and even helped us with transportation recommendations to the nearby Ephesus ancient city.

Room was on the small side, but that comes as part of the low cost. I would still recommend it.

The rooms are small but for once, the furniture was designed for the actual needs of tourist and not to tick some boxes on requirements for a certain hotel category. Everything is very functional and even looks good. I rarely have seen a hotel room (outside of Japan) that is so practical and useful.

The hotel does not have its own parking, but they tell you which third party parking should be used. Ours was a few minutes by foot.

The staffs were so friendly and hospitality tge tea and coffee was always ready,they pay attention to all of our requests include getting taxis or… They were super kind ,tge location is also perfect it was in the city centre near all of bar restaurants shops,we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and for tge next time for sure we will again choose viva la vita.

My second stay here. Caretakers are very nice and helpful, area is full of life and restaurants. Laundry nearby. Cosy rooms and roof. Tasty coffee.

Room without balcony is too small. Also I have changed my plans and leave them two days earlier, but they can't suggest you any partially chargeback.

Probably the hotel with best location in town! Once out of the hotel, you are on one of the loveliest streets in Izmir :). The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and a truly boutique place. The staff working at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, thank you very much guys! Highly recommended for your Izmir adventure :)
