Fantastic view, professional personnel and care on clients" needs,

The place is located on a hill about 15-20 minutes walk from downtown or 15-20 minutes from the Ladies beach, in a very nice and quite residential area. There are some local restaurants nearby, which were super cheap compared with downtown and quite delicious. The lady at reception spoke very good English, probably the best throughout my entire trip in Turkey. The apartment was very spacious and clean, WiFi was strong and the breakfast was quite decent. I recommend the La Bella Suit, if I visit Kusadası again, I will definitely stay here again. There is no dedicated parking, but I was visiting in off-season, so the entire street was empty and there was no issue with the parking.

The terrace is quite small, it can barely fit a chair, and there is no space for a table, so you cannot work there (I had to do some work during my visit). This is not a big problem if you are on vacation though, as you will probably not be spending too much time inside.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room was big enough and very clean. Public parking in front of the hotel. 2 bottles of water every day. Big fridge in the room.

During our stay the breakfast was the same with small changes. They have a small variety of food from which you can choose.(E.g no yogurt, no hot milk). When I asked what we could drink at the breakfast they gave us options including Turkish Coffee. After three days they told us that the Turkish coffee is not free and we have to pay for that. Clearly I said I will not pay and they agreed with me. In the last day when I ordered two espresso (they are free at the breakfast) we received a very bad coffee (I think it was only one coffee with extra water for both) comparing with other days. I don't know if this was intentionally or not but for me it looks intentionally. Added a photo with the bad coffee.

The room was amazing, light & airy with beautiful sea views . The Turkish breakfast was incredible - so much to chose from & so tasty . The staff were the friendliest staff I have ever met & so helpful . Great position 15 minute walk into town & the number 5 bus up & down if you didn’t want to walk only cost 15 TL each way ! I loved this stay , one of my favourites ever !

Hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood, with fantastic views of the Aegean Sea. Easy parking in the same street of the hotel. Suite with bathroom, living room and bedroom, great for stays of more than 1 night (we were 2 nights). A good breakfast-buffet was included with the price of the room. Ephesus is 20 minutes driving from the hotel. The best of our stay: the staff, they were so friendly and warm during the time we were there. Everything! The location is perfect, all windows of the suite have views on the sea, not obstructed by other building. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and there is plenty enough quantity. The suite has been renovated not long ago to a good standard and with taste. Among the two best places we stayed at during our 5 weeks trip in Turkey.

Only regret is not to have planned more time in Kusadasi to enjoy the suite and the views even more!

Suits were spacious and clean. Airconditioning was new and powerfull. The view to the sea is perfect. Both girls at reception (Gul and the other girl) were friendly and helpful. Location is between the city center and the famous ladies beach (each about 15-20 minutes walk).

Breakfast was too basic. The options were very limited. I literally only enjoyed watermelon, eggs and tea. Location is on the top of the hill so if you are going back from city center or the beach to the hotel, you have to climb an slightly difficult slope. For me it was ok, but if you are not fit enough or for elderly without car, it would be difficult. Pool is beautiful, but because it does only receive direct sunlight for only few hours a day, it is not warm.

This hotel was spotless the staff were all so helpful and polite we couldn't fault them it is in a quiet location but has everything you need if you like a quiet holiday taxi ride to ladies beach or centrum 50 tl and dolmus at the end of a 5 minute walk

We would have preferred to be more central with music and a bar in the hotel

The biggest room and the best value for money of my journey. Outstanding view on Kusadasi and the coast, very clean, comfortable and provided with everything you may need also for longer stays. The price of an avarage/low budget hotel with some extras of a 4 stars.

Bathroom is as tiny and old as the room is big and cozy. Some details may need a renovation.

View from the room was fantastic. Nice that it had a little patio. The staff was amazing! They were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great! Really nothing not to like. Great stay and a great value.

Not sure of anything that they could have done better.
