This amazing friendly hotel is everything and more a traveller needs... The owner Hassan and a member of his staff met us on arrival even though it was 1am and we were extremely tired he made check in effortless..Each morning we recieveda beautiful breakfast that suitec everyones taste.. The view overlooking the cruise ships is amazing.. Each day we got to speak to Hassan and his beautiful wife Sofia . They arranged to take us to numerous trips and advised us on special prices for each one .. Marys House ..Turkish Baths ....and more... Maybe not a Castle to look at ..but believe me you will be treated like royalty.... Thanks again to all your staff ...especially porters and kitchen staff.. And not forgeting the cleaning staff that came each day to change linen and towels and leave us fresh water and tea facilitys... We hope you liked us as much as we liked you ..cos your now stuck with us... We most certaintly will be back...

I have travelled to Turkey many times over the last 20 years ..either with my children ..or just couples and also with family and grandchildren... And on this occasion there was absolutely nothing i didnt like...

Our recent stay at Hotel Stella was truly exceptional. The location offers a stunning view of the sea and coast from each room's balcony. The facilities are clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, what sets this hotel apart is the incredibly attentive staff, who greeted us with genuine smiles and were always eager to assist. Breakfast on the lobby balcony facing the sea was a delightful experience, with the delicious and authentic food that was prepared each morning. An experience worth mentioning is the time the owner even went the extra mile by reserving a parking spot for us when we returned late one evening. Overall, a stellar stay.

The only setback for us was the Wi-Fi; it operated rather slowly and had limited coverage within the room. Nevertheless, perhaps a silver lining: less time online means more time to savor the stunning scenery. Not entirely unwelcome, after all.

I absolutely loved how everywhere was close by, hotel is in a total center of Kuşadası. View on the seaside was completely mesmerizing, I couldn’t believe I get to see this beauty everyday. Tasty breakfast, which they would slightly change everyday (add something or modify it), I liked that it wasn’t repetitive like most of hotel meals are. Staff very nice and helpful, especially Hasan! We had room right next to the pool, fortunately it wasn’t bothering at all. There is elevator, which takes you right down to the street, so you don’t need to climb any high hills etc. Also it’s worth to mention, that even though center of the city is very loud, room was more or less soundproof, so you could sleep well!

Minor things in the room, e.g. broken toilet paper dispenser or toilet cover which would fall down after you stand up. However it completely didn’t bother me to enjoy my stay.

The thoughtful Hasan has all things figured out. It is a very nice hotel with a fantastic sea view of the port. Staff were always smiling and willing to help. Beds were comfy, room was clean and even a outdoor pool for kids to swim in which was a plus even the water was a little too cold at the time of stay. Great place for a short stay in the city.

The doors could be better soundproofed. As we located level 1, near the lift, the early morning sounds from travellers or staff could be easily heard.

We loved our stay at Hotel Stella! The staff were super helpful with anything we needed. The room was a good size and we had a balcony with a great view. The location was excellent too. Breakfast was ok.

Our room smelled like smoke when we arrived, but it was ok in the end. Also something to note, if you are driving, please follow the driving instructions given by the hotel as it is a bit tricky with lots of very small, narrow streets. We got lost a few times and almost stuck as we followed Google Maps and it wants you to turn on streets that are not actually streets (ie. stairs).

Hotel Stella was fantastic from start to finish, shame we had to leave, the staff were so accomodating they were b awesome throughout my stay, very helpful & had lots of suggestions, there is a lift all the way up to the top floor, from the 5th floor balcony the harbour view was breathtaking. Down on the main street it was action packed with walking distance restaurants & markets lots of shopping, I was being entertained sitting up on my balcony I could here all types of music, singing, bands. I would highly recommend Hotel Stella it was delightful. Big thank you to all the staff.

The hotel was spotless the room was cleaned every day. The view from our room was breath taking. The staff were so helpful couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was nice. Any trips you wanted The hotel would arrange transport including airport. Location was perfect and central to everything. This hotel is a hidden gem. Will go back to hotel Stella in the future. Thank you to Hassan and his wife and Omar and all the staff for a lovely stay.

Nothing, it was just perfect.

The hotel is in a spectacular location, directly overlooking the port where cruise ships come in. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom very good and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the most significant attributes by far were the balcony and truly stunning views overlooking the harbour. It was an absolute delight to watch the ships arrive and depart in the changing light.

The only real negative for us was the difficulty finding the hotel. Google Maps took us on a very difficult and complicated route whereas there was a much simpler and direct way of getting there, which the manager explained to us upon arrival!

The view from the rooms were unbelievable, you could see all cruise ships docking at the harbour. The room itself was big and very clean the bed was a very big side which we loved. The cleaners were around every day cleaning every bit of the hotel Hasan and his staff were brilliant to deal with, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, very helpful! Location was about 5 minute walk from Centrum. Ideal location for a hotel. Hidden gem IMO.

Only thing was the WiFi kept losing signal but wasn't really an issue. Had a great stay over atal. Would stay again

This is a family run hotel and everything about it screams good old fashioned hospitality. We have been travelling through Turkey for about 3 weeks and this is by far the best accommodation we have had. When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded at no extra cost as they had a cancellation. The owner and staff all took the time to learn our names and greeted us each time they saw us. All their rooms have spectacular views over the pool, port and town. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a contemporary feel. They even have a lift to bring you up from the boardwalk. There was nothing I could fault about this hotel and highly recommend you give it a try.
