I really liked the breakfast, it had nice selection and was tasty. The overall aesthetic of the hotel and the room was really nice, the interior design was a Mediterranean/Oriental mix. The shower was clean, modern and spacious (bonus points since it was a walk-in). The room also had a very cute balcony which looked over the centre street. The AC was great and worked perfectly. The location was perfect, it was right in the centre where there were a lot of stores and food places and it was within a walking distance (30 mins) to the beach.

The biggest minus of the stay was that it was pretty loud. The reason for it being loud was also largely due to the balcony, it was pretty difficult to both open it and close it properly. There was no elevator which sometimes made it difficult to go up with heavy bags. The breakfast lobby was really hot because there was no AC, even though there was but they didn’t use it because they had the door open and people mostly ate outside. I personally dislike eating outside due to people smoking and flies so it would have been much better if there was the option to also eat inside without the heat. The rooftop pool looked amazing in the photos but kind of disappointing in real life. It was fairly small and didn’t look super clean.

Great hotel with amazing spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty good with a good selection of cheese, vegetables, fruits, jams, and warm foods. There was no need to try the famous Turkish breakfast, as this hotel's breakfast was basically the buffet version of it. Room service was great too - clean sheets and towels and bottles of water everyday. We also enjoyed drinking turkish tea every day in the common area. The location of the hotel was comfortable for us.

The tap water in the bathroom was salty for some reason, which made it a bit unpleasant when brushing teeth and taking showers. The open air pool on the rooftop was cleaned daily but still had some bugs and leaves in it.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and the hotel had a lovely outdoor restaurant and green space and it also had a pool area which was a welcome surprise, especially as it was so very hot when we were there.

The breakfast was pretty basic considering so many people we know had raved about the food in Turkey. One morning, disheartened at the offering I had squeezed two oranges that were already pre-but and next to a juicer thinking they were there to squeeze your own juice only to be roused at by one of the staff. So that was a little harsh and disappointing.

The location is perfect. Staff were really nice and the rooms were really clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a fridge in our room which was so handy and the aircon worked great. Cleaning services were also very good. It was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet each morning and the seating out the front of the hotel is so nice to eat and relax.

The pool is lovely but it is small and the surrounding of the pool is a bit unkept. Could do with some TLC but overall it's still a lovely little pool. Also there is no elevator, we were on the third floor so you do have to climb three floors of stairs but it didn't really negatively impact our stay, it's just good to know for booking incase you need a lower floored room.

Staff are very friendly food and service is very good. Bed changed daily. hotel is very central. Lovely pool area and sun terrace. This was our second stay in the Eliada.Would come back again .Great value.

Hotel is hard to find by Airport Taxi drivers who don't know area especially at night.Front of hotel needs to show its name more clearly. Signs are at sides of building and are not lit up at night.Eventhough hotel is beside Bar street noise isn't an issue .Photo of outside is side entrance to pool.

It looked nice, the pool & outside we’re lovely if u only focus on the hotel and not on other peoples property (the nasty review I read wasn’t worth it) The room was amazing, spacious & clean. The airconditioning was amazing and the balcony did wonders too (only 1 room has a functional balcony) the staff was beyond friendly. I have never ever in my life respected a hotel & their staff like this. We will come back since we visit Kusadasi often. Going to another hotel is never an option as long as Eliada still continues to take amazing care of their guests!

If you’re a difficult sleeper the bar street in close proximity can be annoying, but this is every night different and mostly because it’s tourist season. If u wanna enjoy a property in the city tho, you have to accept that it’s busy and that the nightlife is located there that’s just logics and nothing negative in my opinion but more something to bare in mind

Perfect location in centre, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, spacious room and bathroom, clean, air-conditioning on room, comfortable mattress, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing view from roof, nice and clean swimming pool (we didn't use it as water was cold on our visit). Perfect hotel for the price what we paid. Not all staff has communicative English so sometimes fun to get some answers :D

No lift so not suitable for people with lower mobility, room can be noisy as it's in centre, closed windows helped partially (we didn't mind but someone can have light sleep and problem with same)

Nothing not to like however some recommendations… Small choice for breakfast, some pastries and pancakes would have been nice. No shallow end in pool, may not be suitable for young children who are not strong swimmers. Can be a little noisy at night for light sleepers however didn’t keep us awake and the location was worth it. Some minor aesthetic repairs needed in the room where previous guests have caused damage, ie there was a hole in the bathroom door.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A pleasant hotel, the staff were friendly, a fantastic location in the nicer part of Kusadasi. The pool was really nice. Our room had everything we needed and aircon kept us nice and cool. We would stay here again, a pleasant and pretty little hotel!

The bed was a little hard so not the most comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast wasn't like the menu that we'd seen photos of and selection was a bit strange, however they did cook eggs / omelette etc when we asked and these were very tasty.

Moved over to this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. Was allowed early check-in and given a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. Hotel had a good buffet breakfast and great location (shops/restaurants all around). There was also a swimming pool (which we never got around to using)

- No lift. Tiring to walk up the stairs - Had some family members staying at a different hotel and they where passing by and wanted to say hi. The Hotel indicated their policy is to not allow outsiders, which is somewhat understandable. Would have been nice if the hotel would have at least let a single family member visit me in the room for a few minutes, especially considering she had a baby with her, and that it was extremely hot outside
