close to everything u want to see in Pammukale. there is a post office at a walking distance from where you can get your money exchanged at best price. the view during breakfast is amazing. look for buses (kamil koc or flexibus) for your commute to any location or ask the hotel manager because bus is almost free of cost as compared to private shuttle or otherwise use bitaksi app, it is like uber or careem. and is much cheaper again. (example 35 euros from airport to pamukkale & 160 lira from pamukkale to antalya). very big general store infront of post office from where you should do your daily shopping it is cheapest around especially as compared to shops near hotels. (example pepsi 7 lira or else from small shops 15 lira). just stay for one night, this one night stay will buy u enough time to see all u want to see in Pammukale.

same no elevator and small rooms, but, not an issue as you come to room just for sleeping.

We recently visit Pamukkale and stayed at the Sahin Hotel. This charming and pretty hotel is well located with wonderful restaurants, stores and shops all around. We stayed in a room with a balcony and had the best view of the Cotton Castle and the Hot air Balloons. The breakfast was excellent and it comes with a fantastic view of the Cotton Castle. The best feature of this hotel is the staff and owners. We have the change to interact with them and it was a real treat. They are very knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendations. Selman gave us directions and arranged our airport transfers, a tour person, Junior, to meet with us at the hotel to arrange our tours and transfers in Cappadocia as well as a wonderful driver, Nuri, that took us to Cappadocia. We want to thank Mustafa and his wife Emine, Kaan and Selman for their hospitality. Sergio & Fanny – Chicago, USA

The host welcomed us on the side street as we arrived and freed up a parking space for us. We got help with our heavy luggage. The staff was warm and friendly. The hotel is extremely well located, facing the park/entrance to the travertine site. The view from our balcony was perfect, allowing us to have a glass of wine there before dinner. The room was not large but did the job and was super clean. So was the bathroom. We used the pool and it was very clean and great. This is a great, unpretentious and affordable hotel that is very comfortable. We highly recommend it for a 1-2 days stop/stay in Pamukkale.

The view from the breakfast room is fantastic but, the breakfast itself (the food) could be improved a bit.

Great location. Great views of hot air balloons over terraces. Hotel pool was great after a day trekking barefoot up and down the travertine. On our last morning we were woken by a roaring outside our balcony which turned out to be a hot air balloon - great fun. Lots of photos taken by us and the balloonist. Really friendly staff. Terrific value.

Our room had a clear glass window to the corridor, although there was a curtain. There is a frosted glass panel in the door to the room which let light in from the corridor at night but we covered it with a blanket so all was good. Breakfast was basic so we went out on the second morning.

Location and staff are an 11! Mustafa was super helpful and always smiling. He helped us with dinner arrangements and vip taxi to the airport. We are super happy we picked this hotel to stay one night in Pamukkale. The breakfast was good, the view from the restaurant is amazing, we recommend to wake up earlier to appreciate the sunrise with the hot air balloons and the location is just 200m away to the entrance of the Pamukkale & Hierapolis. **Note: we recommend to stay one night in Pamukkale to better enjoy a full day in Hierapolis & Pamukkale - Cleopatra pools, etc

Location right opposite the Pamukkale pools park, which is also access to the incredible Hieropolis historic site. Incredible views from breakfast room. Very clean. Air-conditioning in the room. Nice clean pool - great in the heat of July esp if have kids. Breakfast simple but delicious - fresh eggs, fruit & lovely ‘bean to cup’ coffee. Welcoming, attentive staff. Pleasantly surprised to find we were able to book an early morning hot air balloon ride the night before through the hotel, with pick-up. (We did not have Capadoccia on our itinerary, so thought would miss out on a balloon ride).

Rooms small and dated but as everything was clean, service excellent, value for money and stay short, we had no issue with this.

Perfect reception and extremely nice staff: they helped us a lot for all the questions (airport transfer booking, find a local SIM card, etc); we arrived later than the check in time, but they waited for us; they offered us even a gift and tea, that was so nice. Hôtel has also perfect geographical location, 5min walk to the entry of Pamukkale. and a lot of restaurants around. The room is simple but clean and there’re everything you need. The room where the breakfast is served has a magnificent view. we want to thank you the host for their kindness!

Wonderful location. Hardly a minute away on foot from the entrance to the travertines. Plenty of dining options and multiple convenience stores nearby. Clean and comfortable room offering good value for money. Expect a family-run, self-service type of establishment, not hotel-like amenities. Shoutout to the younger Ali (there are two) for helping me figure out my transfer and booking a cab for 6:45 AM, and to the lady overseeing the kitchen for making me an omelette in addition to the breakfast plate. Speaking of breakfast, the dining hall/restaurant offers some terrific views of the sunrise and hot air balloons.

Not wheelchair accessible as far as I could tell. The main entrance has a slope, but you need to climb some steps for the lower-level rooms and then a spiral staircase for the upper floors. They also insist on taking cash despite having credit card machines, so be mindful of this if you don't carry a lot of cash while traveling.

Great pool. Excellent view of the Pamukkale Travertine Terraces from the 4th floor Breakfast Room; probably the best view. My room balcony also had a full and excellent view of the travertine terraces. Cold water was provided in our room. The bed was comfortable. Located just across the street from everything. We parked our car near the hotel and everything was a short walk away.

The bathroom was small, and the room was a bit small too. The room was a little worn and basic, but great for a one night stay.

Fantastic hotel in the ideal location very near Pamukkale South Gate (you can walk which would take perhaps 20-25 mins, or drive or take a taxi) with beautiful views onto travertines from the breakfast room. It is a very basic hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, the owners/ staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. There is small parking bay in the lane near hotel it and the owners/ staff help you to navigate in and park. Breakfast is simple, but it worked very well for us. We would not hesitate to come back again.
