Osman and his parents go above and beyond to take great care of their guests (even offering a complimentary early morning ride up to the south gate of Pamukkale). They can arrange activities for you at very low prices (paragliding, hot air balloon ride, etc ). The room was clean and comfortable. WIFI worked well.

It is a small hotel with most rooms facing the pool/street and the mosque is close by, so noise can be an issue for light sleepers. Bring earplugs for some traffic noise and the early morning call to prayer accompanied by a chorus of howling dogs!

I recently stayed at Aspawa Hotel and I must say that we enjoyed our stay. The room with a private bathroom/shower was great value for the price we paid. The shower water was nice and hot and we liked how spacious the room was and that it came with A/C. The location is great and close to Pamukkale. What really left a lasting impression is how Osman and his parents are so accommodating! They made us feel like family. They offered to drop us off at Pamukkale at any time and after we got down from the travertines, it was a short 10 minute or less walk back. They also offered to drive us back to the hotel but we opted to walk. They did not ask for extra money and did this from the kindness of their hearts. We found out that the hotel recently switched owners to Osman (56 days as of the date we stayed) and they’re doing an amazing job so far. We even watched the sunrise from the rooftop access! The wifi was fast and reached our room easily (room #11). The price was comparable to other nearby hotels but they included free breakfast which was such a treat! The breakfast was so delicious that I didn't get a chance to take a photo! We had a boiled egg, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, olives, 2 white cheeses, processed deli meat, fried cheese wraps, signature sesame bread, baguette, nutella, butter, jam, and honey. It was a great way to start the day and we appreciated that it was included in the price of our stay. They also offer free coffee and tea all day. We would recommend to others and would stay again. Overall, we had a great experience at Aspawa Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Pamukkale and the surrounding area. The free breakfast and coffee/tea were a nice touch, and the wifi was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

Managed by a family. Very sweet and helpful people. Had dinner at their restaurant too, tastes like homemade food because the wife of the uncle who runs it makes it very deliciously. The rating is 9 because of the helpful nature of the owners. Rooms are little but are clean.

Rooms are a 7, as the amenities are somewhat missing. For example, tea coffee boilers and water bottles are not provided. In pamukkale, many tourists need not stay for a night, but because of our night bus journey the previous night, we needed a hotel, and it honestly suffices the need.

This was my best stay during my 10 day trip in Turkey. It was absolutely perfect! The location is great. It is a husband/wife/son that run this property. The wife cooks the meals. The morning breakfast is great! The son will bring you to the furthest gate in Hierpolis, so that you can walk downhill on the travertine terraces instead of walking uphill. Then you exit through the city gate which is a very short walk to the hotel. And the drop off is completely free! They also book hot air balloon rides there, and at the time of my stay, they booked at 10 Euros cheaper than even the cheapest online booking I could find. They also arranged a $12(ish, I forget the exact cost) ride to the airport for me). The family is the absolute best, and you will feel like family here.

Excellent stay at Aspawa. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is nice too and you can see Pammukale from the breakfast room. It is a family run hotel and the staff is very cool. They drove me to the entrance to Pammukale-Hierapolis in the morning (it is a 30 minutes walk to the south entrance from the hotel then an hour to the north entrance, so maybe driving to the north entrance is a better idea than walk from south to north then south again for people who don't enjoy walking). The pool was emoty dyring my wonter stay so I cannot comment on it.

There was no TV in my room (but I never use them anyway) and I recommend you ask not to sleep in rooms 1 ans 2 as they are directly under the breakfast and dinner area and it can get quite annoying with the chairs moving right above your head.

Osman and the parents treat us very well. They drove us to the South Gate of the Travetines and guide us how to go around the place. We were suppose to walk back but ended up having Osman picked us up. We mentioned that we wanted to visit the carpet village and offered to drive us back and forth as well. Osman's mom is a wonderful and great cook. We had all our meal cooked by her. It was super delicious! We only ate outside once and we can tell honestly that Osman's mom cooking is the best. The room is a bit cramped for us (5 of us. Bedding is comfortable 3 single and 1 double bed) but we don't mind as we don't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. Most of the time we were out or sitting at their restaurant drinking free flow of coffee and tea. We arrived around 10am and we were allowed to go to our room to rest immediately as they know we were tired. On our checked out day, our bus was at night but they allowed us to keep our luggage and rest at their restaurant until it was time for us to leave. It was a short trip for us but a memorable one and how we got treated by Aspawa has made the whole experience super awsome!

Nothing that we didn't like.

Room was clean and comfortable. Booked with a cheap price. One day is enough to explore the place so you don’t need to stay for expensive/luxurious hotel. The owner drove us to the top gate of Hierapolis and instructed where to go and how to get back to hotel for shortcut. From travertines it just took 5 minutes walk to hotel. He doesn’t take advantage of tourists and even warned us for scams. The bus who brought us from Denizli to Pamukkale took us to their agency directly and offered us tour which is pricey. Better directly purchase tickets to entrance gates. For hot air balloons, the hotel owner can book it also. They also offer meals with reasonable price and it’s very delicious, freshly cooked.

This hotel exceeded our expectation - the airport transfer was very smooth and comfortable,the driver was excellent, we got a warm welcome and early morning check-in right after the arrival from the airport. The family run hotel gave us a great hospitality and all were so helpful, you get complimentary tea and coffee from 8-22:00, delicious and ful-range breakfast, complimentary transfers to the south gate of the travertines in days and times you wish, full activities offered, can arrange all transfers you want to have,...Osman and his parents treat you like a family and we were so happy to choose this hotel. Would be a pleasure for us to return in the future. Ćok tessekür ederim.

that we made a plan to stay just one night here

Comfortable and clean bed. The room was clean. I think of this place as like a hostel but with your own private room and bathroom. You won’t find any luxuries, nor should anyone expect them at this price range, however the basics/essentials were great. Personally too basic for me to spend longer than a night or two, but for Pamukkale it doesn’t make sense to spend any longer than that anyway. This has everything you need to unpack, shower, sleep, then wake up and see the sights before checking out and going somewhere else. Or in whatever order you’d like!

It was loud at night, dogs barking at loud motorcycles, loud cars or trucks speeding past, kids making noise, etc. but I just put my earplugs in and slept great. I would have had a bad experience without earplugs.
