Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

On my arrival the room wasn't well suited, however after explaining to reception staff they understood and were only too happy to resolve and make our stay perfect.

The food, staff and facilities were excellent.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable. The fruit selection could have been more varied but this is being very picky. The taxi drivers used by the hotel drove very fast and we did not feel safe. We had to ask the driver who took us to the airport from the hotel to slow down, he couldn’t speak any English so rang the hotel who we asked to tell him to drive slower. He was quite rude and unfortunately gave us a bad experience leaving a holiday and hotel we really enjoyed.

Value for money.- Staff. Pools were good. Great coffee bars. Outdoor grill which was part of meal buffet was also good. Good in general was good.

Family rooms with the extra bed had very little space free. The water was not that clear at the beach. The beach area was very much designed to be a beach club with very loud music so not really that suitable for young children. The shop in the hotel was extremely expensive (eg a packet of crisps almost 10 euros!)

Comfortable, clean and fresh rooms, good food (as it can be in buffet format) - grilled fish and meat, salted salmon for some dinners, good fresh vegetables from the farm. They also have good coffee in the pool bar (which is unfortunately served only from 9:30 am, so you can not have it for early breakfast). Very good sport program (especially with Olena - yoga, stretching, fly yoga). The Rouge restaurant is also worth a visit. Very professional and friendly staff.

A bit overpriced in my opinion, but this year in Turkey all prices are very high. And maybe if you drink strong alcohol and cocktails and eat a lot of food it will be better value for money (people told that they have quality alcohol, but I drink only wine and included wine was not good).

Loved the design, friendly staff, very good food, drinks,

the hotel has a majority of the tourists from Russia. majority of them tend to be not respectful with others around ( staff or tourists): ex: leave their bags on the chairs and not coming back(3-4 hours)therefore no places to be found for sitting on the beach, or close to the bar; not washing before entering the pool, touch the food from the buffet with bear hands; make a lot of waste on the food. Don’t get me wrong I met nice Russians as well but this is the feel overall.

Staff are numerous and attentive. The buffet is superb with plenty of variety at mealtimes but the a la carte restaurant is also excellent whilst still being easy to book. Access to the private beach is a short walk, or even shorter golf buggy ride, away and is lovely. No issues with obtaining sun loungers at pool or beach. The room and hotel in general was beautifully designed and very comfortable.

Nothing - wish I could have stayed longer. However I would note for potential future guests to be mindful that the hotel's clientele is primarily Russian so if like me, you only speak English, you may sometimes encounter disadvantages in terms of communicating with staff and other visitors. Also if you have certain dietary requirements (vg/v etc) - set your expectations accordingly.

I liked latte made by berkay, a coffee pro😍, gonna miss his coffe every day. Special thanks to the kids club especially yasmine, asegul and duygu. They took care well of our children ryan, they were very kind. Food was extraordinary, but we missed fish night that was organized on Wednesdays. Staff overall were super friendly, location was perfect, food was awesome, the pools and beach were so clean. This hotel deserves every penny you pay.

Fish night should happen at least 2 times a week so travellers who stay 5 nights could try it at least once.

The hotel is very well managed: all staff are super polite, helpful and quick. Food was so various that it it was difficult to imagine something else. Every day it was different, fresh and tasty. There is nice coffee bar Magnum near the pool where you can get free nice coffee from professional baristas. The beach is clean, with white sand. There are two bars on the beach, where you can take various cocktails. There were no disturbing guests around us. Also, it’s important to mention that hotel design is very stylish and modern. Staying in Liu was a great pleasure and I am even scared now choosing something else. Just one minor comment on location: it’s located in the very beginning of Side, so you won’t find any dynamic nightlife outside the hotel. You can do shopping in Manavgat or better even to go in Antalya. Better to rent a car for traveling.

Food here is top notch, quality of ingredients was amazing, no skimping on cost at all! Everything is inclusive, drinks, food, ice lollies, steam rooms, pools, sauna, gym, etc... even the mini bar is free and replenished daily. Can pay extra for treatments or massage. Loved the cost bathrobe and slippers. There is even a pillow menu you can order different pillows like a feather pillow or reflux pillow etc! Great private beach with a hotel shuttle that runs you down to the beach all day long to save you the walk. Can book a fine dining a la carte dinner one time in a week for free, with live music. Beach has entertainment in the evening too, water sports available (paid) from along the beach. Jet ski cost €70, surprisingly, photoshoot cost almost the same amount on top, if you want it, good quality pics though!! Beach volleyball, darts, table tennis, available. Snack bar food had the quality of a good kebab shop! 1 indoor pool, 3 outdoor, one with water slides for adults and some for younger kids. I have to reiterate, food here is really varied and it tastes gooooooood!

Room was a bit on the small side, not enough cupboard space for storage. Hard to reach from airport by public transport, need to have 2 buses/shuttles. Taxi is easier, but they charge up to £50! Hoppa.com to the rescue! Lifesaver!
