The resort is really great and it has everything you might ever need- good food, a lot of pools and plenty of activities for kids & adults. Great organization and the animators are doing a great job in connecting with the visitors

The room was not really clean at check-in and the daily cleaning either did not happen (they tend to come around around 2-4, exactly when most people are in their rooms) or it was really superficial cleaning. I expected a lot more considering the rest of the resort was so nice and clean.

Excellent value for money. The best thing for us was the fast WiFi everywhere in the resort, even the beach! we work online so this was super important! It's an excellent spot for digital nomads looking to be pampered. We stayed a week and we ate so much. Everything was delicious. The coffee at the coffee spots was made with a barista machine. And they had bite size cakes and ice cream all afternoon. The gym was well equipped and we used it everyday!

A security guard was extremely rude to us at the beach. The staff speaks limited English but we have picked up Turkish words and we used Google translate. They kicked us out of the gym at 6:45 when the official closing time is 7pm The handle in the bathroom door was broken but it wasn't a big deal.

I really enjoyed beach houses and entertainments! Territory is amazing and cats are great and fat there, probably they are not starving. And thanks Hasan for being helpful

Guest relations were not helpful at all (I had some issues during my stay, sometimes they didn’t even try to help:( , and David from spa department was really really rude 😬

As we were there end of season, we had no hot water. We complained daily and were continually told it was because it was end of season. We organised concierge to pick us up from our apartment to leave for the airport and they didn't even turn up

I liked everything. Good stuff. Testy food. I vacationed here last year. I can say that the cuisine has improved and the dishes are varied.

Just two volleyballs. One of which is old and deflated, and the other is not of very good quality. Please buy at least one good ball (mikasa vls300 or mikasa bv 550C) and next time you will receive 10 from me..It’s also not a comfortable time for volleyball (10:30 and 15:30) on the beach in the summer it’s too hot and it’s hard for many older players to play. I think it is necessary to change the time or make it possible for players to take balls to the reception and arrive earlier.

It’s great that when you book one of the hotels, you can walk around the territory of all 3 hotels. There is a lot of greenery, trees and flowers, roses, which is rare in Side. Many swimming pools. Family rooms are spacious. We had the 1st floor. There were a few ants in the bathroom and a bit of mold in the corners, but nothing too bad. The room was cleaned well. The food was delicious. There were a lot of fruits: strawberries, watermelon, melon, plum, apricot, bananas, nectarines, oranges and others. They bake own tasty pastries, croissants and buns. The beach is wide and has soft sand. Lots of space and sunbeds with big umbrellas. It’s great that there is a children’s playground and it’s covered. Very nice kids club. There are many cars, toys and lego. Girls from animation constantly play with children, do exercises, dance, draw and blow bubbles. My son had fun there. They also hold a kids festival on the weekend where your child can jump on trampolines. In the amphitheater hosts children's disco and various shows. At night you can hear music from disco and cafe. If you live in Kamelya Aishen and close the balcony then it’s quiet. If you live in Selin and Fulya then you will hear music. The houses in Kamelya Aishen also have not very good sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens outside your room, the noise and knocking of people in the common corridor. I was also a little confused by the number of people. Very many people. But there was enough place for everyone. On the territory there is a mini zoo with beautiful rabbits, peacocks and pigeons. We fed the rabbits carrots and my son really liked it. The hotel staff look after them, clean and feed well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your work. It was interesting and comfortable.

Upon arrival we have been upgraded from Aishen Club standard room to SELIN Beach House which was 2 categories higher. The entire area of all hotels is beautiful and well kept. Food is on high level and more then you need. Selection of bars and drinks is huge. During the day there is a lot of activities so the is no room for you to get board. Beach is wide and long with cleaning service and bars + is hotel property with free service. WIFI is strong in every area - on the beach was as good as in the main building. Staff is very friendly and speaks English or German. This was our best hotel and vacation so far. April, May and September are the best months to visit here as it is not so hot and there is not full occupancy. Highly recommend this 5 star property. Regards from Lukasz and Monika. It was a super resort.The staff was very helpful and also the guest relation . All three of the hotels had a great maintenance. The food was super tasty and you had a variety of food to choose. The waterpark and pools were great and also the beach. The entertainment team did a very good job, I can remember Can with who my sons played dart and also gave them a certificate as winner😀,my sons really liked him. The room was great and the cleaning of the room was done regularly. I would highly recommend this resort.

Good quality for money

1. Great food. We enjoyed freshly made bread in the morning. Especially croissants. 2. Great location. Near lots of shops and pharmacies 3. Very nice and clean swimming pool, Hamman was very enjoyable in cold weather. 4. The promenade near the hotel allows you to walk by the sea. 5. Very good housekeeping department. Our room was always clean. 6. Very nice hotel grounds. Feels like you in paradise. 7. Very good tennis court. Hassan kept us company, thank you for playing tennis with us. 8. We loved the beach area. Very good maintenance. 9. Piano performance by the girl. She played classical music. 10. During breakfast they turned some classical music in the restaurant. Good atmosphere.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It exceeded our expectations.
