We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our three kids! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless and conveniently located near the bustling bazaars, making it easy to explore the local area. The setup of the hotel is wonderful, as it allows guests to enjoy all the facilities of the Kamelya hotels within the same resort. This gave us plenty of options for activities, keeping both the kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

The Friday night Masquerade party night entertainment was spectacular with superb support from the animation team particularly Hasan and Halil helped dance the night away mixing with everyone. The pool loungers were plentiful and clean, the pool bar staff very attentive big thanks to Mehmet for his expertise in mixing cocktails. We enjoyed the Spa centre too although only one time. Finally the restaurants were spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of food second to none.

Air conditioning in the main hotel areas could be less cold at this early time of year, although I am sure very much needed throughout the summer !!

Wonderful hotel, lobby, restaurants, pool and pool bars, beach. Absolut wonderful balcony and view (7 th floor) All in all - great area and very rich, tastefull architecture, hmm, you're walking around in great scenery almost feeling you're in a theme park Food was great though much focus seems to be on great cake /desert tradition, a slight more focus on main dish cooking would make the experience top.

Too much noise around the Fulya Hotel (garden view) from evening entertainment - like for example karaoke from the scene between Fulya and Aishen. Turn down a bit. Too much traffic around the lift, too little capacity. Leave a couple of basket balls around the court, so kids don't have to travel far to find one and then couldn't get one without bringing 30 euro for deposit. Stupid! Outside grill and outside dining is missed A more outreach entertainment team would be nice.

The entertainment was great, diverse and inclusive of everyone. The staff are definitely working hard, but were always polite, friendly and with a smile on their faces. The food was plenty, fresh and delicious. The timings are more than generous, you even have early breakfast and late dinner, so it accommodates everyone’s preferences.

Our room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay, there was not even a sign to signal you wish your room to be cleaned. Cleaning ladies although present, are not keen to answer your queries, quite rude and dismissive. Rooms are definitely not suitable for a 5 star hotel, more like 3, but the other facilities of the resort definitely make up for that.

We had the best holiday here! We haven't done all inclusive before, so we don't have anything to compare it to, but we blown away with the quality of rooms, facilities and the food (wow - the food was good!). We used the turkish baths numerous times and highly recommend their treatments. The beach is gorgeous and we found that adults and children could have the best time, as everyone's ideal facility was within viewing distance. I could read a book on a lounger whilst keeping see my child in sight whilst she played in the playground (also with an large shade canopy over it) and be able to get everyone snacks and drinks within minutes. The pools are fantastic. We very much enjoyed the mini golf too!

People at the reception, cleaning and restaurants - kind and efficient. Clean and spacious rooms. Versatile food. Beautiful territory. Beach is super close.

1) Too much of selling services (massage, shopping, hairdresser) at any place at any time: inside the hotel, outside, when we walk, when we lie and take a rest on the sunbeds, everywhere they arrive to sell more. 2) Animators were very kind, but the policy of some of them to forbidden us to play table tennis or petanque outside of their animation session (which is once per day) - it was incredible. Moreover, these games are free of charge, but they tried to make us pay a deposit.... This fact really spoiled our experience.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful complex, fully equipped. We arrived early in the morning. We received a ribbon with which we could take all parts of the ultra all inclusive service. The staff is nice, the food and drinks are delicious. Many activities await applicants. A wonderful pool, a few steps to the beach, everything for the guests. We would like to return.

Great amenities, huge beach serviced by two beach bars, access to plenty of pools across 3 hotels + water park. Quality services, super friendly staff, generally varied food choice and tasty, very good internet in/outdoor including beach area

Outdoor night entertainment/ music was so loud till midnight, felt like having private concert in room each night. Not recommended if you need to put a baby to sleep before midnight. If the live music was quite nice, not the same goes for the screaming karaoke nights. Pls consider adding ear plugs in the AI pack 🙉

A huge complex, full of pools (unfortunately not heated), bars and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. Sandy beach right in front of the hotel, towels and sunbeds are free. There are plenty of side dishes to choose from throughout the day. A taxi to Side is 17 euros one way, to the airport 60 euros one way. Every night there is some musical program, which could be a bit disturbing if you want to put children to sleep, as the rooms are not soundproofed. I absolutely recommend it.

The general cleanliness, well maintained room & facilities, quick check-in process. Close to beach. Several bars, serving drinks and ice-cream (afternoon only) from morning till midnight Food variety and quality esp bread options , desserts, salad and drinks. Room mini fridge stocked with drinks & water, refilled every morning. House keeping did good job every morning.

Early breakfast 3.30-6.3O was just pathetic and a big disappointment. It should either be removed or provide a proper hot breakfast with beverages, cereals, etc Some young workers are just walking around not doing anything esp lunch hours in main restaurant. They did not collect used plates from guest dining tables. They did not ask guests if they would like to order drinks. Some guests including me went to bar counter to get own drinks. Inconsistent quality - there was no sparkling white wines during lunch in the main restaurant. But at the pool side bar, sparking wines were flowing freely..
