The room was big and confortable and the wifi fast. Good location and the staf was welcoming. The pool and sauna were clean.

The breakfast was not for 5 star hotel at all. The breakfast restaurant was with some big round tables that do not make sense for breakfast, people were looking for a place to sit. The food buffet was divided into 3 locations, one of them was like a tunnel with no ventilation. You could smell the salami and cheese while trying to get some fresh fruit or nuts...not inviting at all... It needs a deep reorganisation in my opinion.

Very standard Hilton hotel with friendly and professional staff. We were surprised in a good way how they cared during the breakfast. They have all the varieties. It is located right in the centre with distant walking to all the attractions. Train and bus station is walk distance as well.

The room was super noisy - we heard everything in the next room. There were a sign for a socket where there were no socket in the bathroom. Somebody smoked on the floor and the personnel did nothing - they offered us to change a room which was rather problematic after unpacking and going to spa - we stayed in.

We stayed one night at the King room which was quite spacious and was up to the standard one can expect at a 5 star hotel. The staff at reception was very helpful to put us in a quite room on the 6th floor facing the back yard. The beds were were comfy. The area is the very center fo Podgorica. It was nice for a short walk around in the evening. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. Casino is in the same building, but we did not visit it. The price for the room was one of the highest compared to other other 5 star places, but we made the choice on purpose to make judgement ourself on the quality of Hilton in Montenegro. We did not regret.

15 euros per night for parking that is in the same building as the hotel Given the high rates at Hilton one would expect the hotel could have absorbed this cost. Breakfast was OK, but nothing really special. We saw better choices in other Hiltons in other countries.

24/7 room service, great location, roof top bar, good food quality, friendly staff (speaks English), breakfast room service (you can write in advance what you want to), mini bar, deep bathtub, big swimming pool. Nice music and vibe at the lobby. I felt safe and relaxed.

The furniture is a bit old. Other guests at the spa were too loud - maybe a friendly reminder to guests from hotel staff to keep silence in spa would help. A coffee machine with capsules would be wonderful (instant coffee only).

Breakfast very good, a lot of choice! Spa very clean and temperature was comfy. Room was really good. Little bit smaller from my expectation but the bathroom was one of the best that I have experienced so far.

Vacuuming the room. Climate works all the time when I am not in the room. It is set to 29 degrees Celsius. That was bad for me since I came in period when outside was around 15 degrees, so I had to open the window every time when I enter the room.

Most aspects but they were kinda predictable What surprised me though was that they had a gym equipped with machines from Life Fitness and similar companies. They have benches for bench presses too and bars for squats.Machines cover all upper and lower body muscles. I was thrilled to see the equipment.

When you ask to extend for a night, reception gives you a higher rate. I explained that the price is better on booking.com so they suggested I book from there. It was odd to see the Hilton no offering a best price guarantee and referring you to 3rd parties for better rates! The Spa is closed on Sundays which was a shocker you’d expect in small hotels in small towns. It seemed to be more of a beauty salon catering to women. A man simply being there would feel out of place. Service in the bar located in the lobby was pretty slow even when no one was there. Bartenders would be chatting instead of approaching people who just got a seat or want to pay their bill.

If you need to stay in Podgorica, this is the place to be. Beautiful hotel with big indoor swimming pool and spa and a rooftop terrace. Big breakfast and we had the chance to talk to the Guest relation manager Milena who was a great help on the planning of our vacation. The taxi within the city is very cheap. 15 euro via booking.com for the taxi from the airport.

We would have liked to know that the buses can be booked in advance because when we arrived at the bus station our bus was full

It’s one of the best hotels in Podgorica, great polite staff, rich breakfast, spacious rooms, with everything needed, overall very happy. Have stayed previously, would stay again.

There is a cigarettes smell on 3rd floor in the evening. I guess it’s a ventilation thing, but not great. It seems it’s not felt on the other floors, but for me was a bit of a challenge. Maintenance of the rooms is a bit poorer vs 2021

Friendly staff; always went to Philip for my needs because he seemed to be working the front 24 hours. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Thank you Philip!!

Everything was according to my expectation. The spa I never used. The room was clean and in order. The breakfast was OK. Sort of nothing special (poor quality croissant).

When our Austrian Airlines flight was delayed from the evening to the next morning due to the absence of a de-icing machine at the airport in Podgorica I could not reach the hotel on the phone. I kept trying it, so did my colleague. (I did it from Munich, he did it from Bucharest.) The line dropped. Finally, I wrote an e-mail to a friend in Podgorica who could get in contact with the hotel, re-book the hotel taxi and inform the hotel about the delay. I think this is a shame. In the room: 1. It was difficult to change the temperature on the air-conditioning and 2. achieve that the lights could be regulated according to my needs. 3. I don't like showers where the water can fall on my head but that's a cultural difference between the North Americans and the Europeans.
