Hard Rock Hotel Bali

Perfect location ,Good comfy adult size beds, rockstar theme style rooms, incl a expresso machine, fridge, international power points at the wall, finally a nice smelling shampoo and moisturiser , sound proof rooms.Free live music at the bar at 9pm, nice decorated hall with the famous belongings of rockstars, great swimming pool with music underwater!!!! Possibility to rent a kazeboo at the pool with complimentary snacks,. It's a big hotel , I didn't see all in 3 days.. everyone has big smiles for you in this place...

Tought the breakfast restaurant was noisy and crowded in the morning. The taste was average, however it's a western people's place so most would be satisfied. The food served at the pool kinda western priced too and not for repeat for me. However you won't get a swimming pool in Amsterdam included for this price.

The pool and water park are amazing for children. The swim up bar is excellent for adults. The pool area is the main selling point of the hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable, but our room had a strange design with a lounge running right across the access to the balcony. This meant we had to crawl over that lounge to get to the sliding door to hang any towels or wet swimming trunks outside.

The hotel has a very strange policy with pool towels yes it's fine to sign for pool towels but to be not allowed to take them back to your room is very very odd and inconvenient. I had several arguments with staff because I was dripping wet from the pool and holding a wet 2-year-old. I wanted to wrap a dry towel around myself to walk all the way back the long distance to the room. I was constantly told this was not allowed. This is a silly policy and makes me want to not stay at the hard Rock hotel again. Getting in lifts walking upstairs and on slippery surfaces while dripping wet and not allowed to have a towel that's just not normal.

We loved the pools, the live band every night and the kids clubs

The accounting side of things soured our experience at the end. We paid cash for 2 food & beverage purchases by the pool. Unfortunately we did not have the receipt for 1 of the transactions so they refused to cancel the bill even though we did not leave a deposit for room charges. The staff claimed that they charged our room anyway, which is a complete contradiction to what we were told poolside in that 'No deposit, we cannot charge to your room, please pay now'.

Rooms were very tidy and exactly as advertised. Staff were amazing. Pool and children activities were amazing. Buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing. Kids club was perfect. Money exchanger in lobby was fair,accurate and friendly. Doctors service was great.

The location is difficult to manoeuvre around, being on a 1 way road made trips out hard, said road is always busy. The buffet dinner was expensive.

Fabulous hotel, especially for kids. First time in a themed hotel and it was good. Amazing pool and friendly staff. Rooms are what you would expect, clean, correct size with everything you need.

Poor wifi, especially at the pool. I got annoyed as we could not use the pool towels to take to the beach. Staff said we should have brought our own from London!?! It was fine as we used the super nice white room towels and then asked for new towels once back. We should have know that there would be many Americans with tattoos (all over and on their face) and many mullets. They were all super polite but we felt like ducks out of water! Overall it is good but Kuta is super busy and this hotel is in the best location. So if you like busy it’s great

Great location, so much to do on resort and near by. We wish we’d had more time. Great pools, amazing friendly staff. Everything covered.

Great hotel with many incredible amenities. Pool area is amazing with sandy area, pool bar, slides, mini water park and rentals. Kids club was very good and helpful however not included in the booking price as other resorts. Breakfast was okay with good variety of food. Area is good for walking but keep in mind is very congested in the afternoons to drive.

Didn’t like they take a deposit per night but at the end they fully refund which takes 7 days and instead they charge you again for anything consumed. It is not mindful for those with limited credit card limits. New year dinner wasn’t as expected. End up in a very far away table and food in general wasn’t tasty and it was in general cold.

Great facilities. The pool was brilliant with the water slides and splash park which our boys loved. Staff were super friendly and the food was great.

You pay quite a lot to stay here which is expected, however, you don’t expect so much to have to pay extra for so many things. For example, you have to pay to book a cabana by the pool, you have to pay to hire an inflatable rubber ring, and you also have to pay for the kids club. I have been to other top quality resorts where the kids club is free. When I inquired about the T Shirt painting activity for my 7 year old I was shocked that I was expected to pay the cost of the activity plus the hourly rate of the kids club!

Perfect for kids, daily pool activities for the kids was great. Swim up bar was fantastic. Man made beach and the splash park. Although it was very set up for kids there was so much for the relaxing adult to enjoy. If you needed a break kids club was offered. Food was great and the breakfast buffet was for for a king. Huge shout out to Dev in the restaurant, absolute legend! Every night there was a different theme cuisine from around the world and kids 3years are free! Rooms were cleaned everyday and the towel animals made were a brilliant surprise each day for us all.

I'm a pretty critical person and honestly there was nothing wrong what so ever.

All the people in the hotel were extremely cheerful. HardRock Bar is inside the hotel, which means you can go to a concert every night without any discomfort. The breakfast was good. Cleaning includes vaccuming the room, which is important for me. Pool area and landscape is stunning and every single detail in the hotel is very well designed. It is also close to restaurants nearby.

Mosquitos became an issue from time to time but they immediately sprayed the rooms when we asked. Also, we used mosquito sprays. The beach in the front is unfortunately not clean, had to do a pool holiday. The hotel is a bit pricey, the day time menu is also a bit expensive but still worth it.
