The staff are amazing, always greeting you with the biggest smile and happy to provide anything you may need to make your stay better. i had the odd request to have a hair dryer in the room, and without fail, they did that on my arrival. They assist with drivers, breakfast, swim up pool and a restaurant/bar just out of the hotel. the grounds are beautiful, and the aircon was 11/10, was so good!

The rooms are a bit dated, and our shower pressure was not the best. There was an issue with a few things leaking in the bathroom, but these are all just small things that didn’t bother as, as the value for the location and the staffs attitude and welcomeness was enough for us to overlook this. We were barely in our hotel, and it was cleaned every day. after the lack of tourism from covid, this should NOT stop anyone from staying here. this place is amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions before covid and have always highly recommended it to friends and family. The same staff have been consistent even upon my return stay after covid making it feel like home! This hotel is on the main strip ( Jl Legian ) situated in the heart of legian, walk out of the hotel and everything is at your fingertips! Shopping, restaurants, bars! I recommend Legian Paradiso for your next holiday accommodation, very reasonably priced with great friendly service and rooms. I will be back at the hotel again very shortly.

Excellent central location. Kids loved the pool and the pool bar was great. One of the cleaners would leave a different towel animal on our beds each day, elephants, rabbits, dogs, my son was excited each day to see what he had on his bed.

Grounds and pool area are a little run down. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) weren't very clean. Any items accidentally left by the pool side (clothing, shoes) were never seen again..... even after leaving descriptions with ground staff, cleaning staff and reception. Can't say for sure that other guests didn't pick them up but one pair of shorts were absolutely picked up by ground staff because I watched him out my window.

Was my first solo vacation., celebrating my 51st birthday.. First time in Bali. From the reception restaurant team maintenance and the cleaning team. The team was amazing friendly and attended to every issue at hand timeously with a smile. Got a lovely surprise when I got back from activities My room was beautiful decorated💞💞💞 Thank you so much team Legian Paradiso Hotel for making my stay the most memorable one. I will forever be great full that I chose Legian Paradiso as my home for 2023 Birthday celebrations.🙏🙏🙏🙏

Location was fantastic for what we required. Right on Legian St, easy access for eating and shopping. Staff very accommodating on requests made, ie extra blanket and pillow. Excellent for old school budget hotel.

First room had no hot water, staff attempted to fix without success. Moved us to a room that had hot water. No complaints after that.

We stayed with our 2 children for 5 nights in January. Our rooms were right next to the pool and had an interconnecting door inside. The staff were really lovely and friendly. Location in Legian is great and central to everything. Breakfast provided in buffet style with plenty to choose from each day. Swim up bar has 2 for 1 all day happy hour which made the cocktails good value. We would stay there again.

No pool towels available and the ones provided in the rooms were a bit smelly at times. AC needs repair. Rooms could do with an update in decor.

Staff are super lovely and extremely helpful. Loved that the room guys made animal towels. Loved that it was in a great spot.

Rooms are a little dated but not terrible. Bed needed a topper which we arranged through reception. You can see they are trying to update the rooms and grounds. For the price we really had nothing to complain about.

We have stayed here before, the location of the hotel is very central to everything, the price charged for our stay was fantastic which included a great breakfast each day and the pool with swim-up bar is great and i must say the staff are amazing here Nothing was a problem thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel and rooms need a new paint job all over inside and out

Our family spent 9 nights at Legian Paradiso. Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. It is an older building and is a little run down but you can't beat the value for money or welcoming, friendly staff.. We had friends staying at a nearby hotel (which didn't have availability at tge time we tried to book). It was convenient to stay here and overall it was ok. The pool area is good however the pool beds are worn out. We had a nice stay..

The staff were lovely and our daughter loved the ponds, frangipani trees and flowers and the pool. Good to have restaurant and bar uo front which you couldn't hear from the rooms.

staff are always amazing and looked after us and we love the property. staff always going out of their way to help

I have stayed here a few times and have definite noticed a few things need an upgrade or clean but after the pandemic it is understandable that this is the case and by the end of our two week stay it was easy to see the staff were doing everything they could to improve, I really appreciated that
