The rooms were spacious, the staff incredibly helpful and the facilities were very good. An excellent breakfast.

The location wasn't ideal, a reasonable distance from the airport and from the city. Once at metro, it was easy, and the shuttle from the hotel does help. Calling for the shuttle when returning to the nearest metro late on one night did work well.

Newly refurbished room, nice decor. Very comfortable and very large bed! Good air conditioning. Lovely bathroom with plentiful towels and toiletries. Good choice at breakfast and very good coffee! Also had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent. Lovely staff, who were all very friendly. Look forward to staying again.

As the hotel is being refurbished the gym and pool were not yet available but this will of course change in the near future. Not the best location, overlooking the motorway and a bit far too travel into Milan. But as we were only there for an overnight stop en route to Umbria this wasn't an issue for us.

The hotel is very clean and stylish, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful (our adaptor plugs did not fit the sockets so Laura lent us a charger very kindly!) breakfast is excellent save for one small issue, see below! So much choice, absolutely loved the fresh fruit salad and yoghurt with nuts and seeds to add as toppings! There really was something for everyone. Also loved they had cups and mugs for hot drinks, bonus for those of us who love a mug of tea! The room was modern, beds very comfy, bathroom very stylish with good selection of toiletries and very big towels! (Rare to find!) The pool area is lovely, although the pool is very cold! They do supply pool towels. Hotel arranged a later check out for us as we had a late flight which was handy.

Our shower tray flooded the bathroom but as soon as reception were made aware it was rectified. Same with the untuned TV. Hot food at breakfast is not hot, need to rethink the way it is presented perhaps to retain heat. The shuttle service is fine leaving from the hotel and very convenient but coming back is much less reliable, you need a to phone and wait. This sometimes takes a while and the waiting place is not safe at night, there is also limited shelter from the rain. Waiting in the dark and cold in an unsafe area is not ideal. Maybe the hotel could run on a schedule you could plan around? There is no other way to get to the hotel (other than Uber) so being reliant on the hours of the shuttle felt limiting. If you’re hiring a car this is a perfect hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, very good breakfast, large pool. Great parking.

They charge you for the pool. 5 euro per person for half a day, 10 for a full day. I didn’t like that. Especially not if there were not enough beds. There was also a shuttle bus that brings you to the metro to go to the center of Milan. But again, only free during some hours and otherwise you have to pay. We took our car and drove to the metro station. Easy to find, only parking was a bit of a search at the metro station.

The location is just great if you’re looking to stay close to Milan but do not want to have all the stress of cars, people and noises all the time of a regular city centre of a major European city. The rooms were quite cosy and welcoming with all the commodities and comfort. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

Even though the rooms were very nice, the whole building is not very soundproof which, if the hotel is full, can be a bit distracting and not calm enough.

The rooms are very nice. The beds are very comfortable and everything in the room was clean. We were easily given other rooms when there was a mix up with our reservation. The man at the desk was very accommodating! The location is good, if you're just stopping on your way elsewhere.

Although the rooms were clean, the carpeted hallways were very dirty. There was visible dirt on the carpet. Not stains, but dirt. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special.

Very nice, modern, and spacious hotel just outside Milan with spacious rooms/ restaurant/ breakfast area, Airconditioner worked very well and strong! (I was affraid the airco wouldn’t work properly based on some recent reviews), good breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, clean hotel, clean swimming pool (yes the swimming pool was ready during our stay in Aug!), new gym equipment -basic but enough, free shuttle to the Assago metro station (very easy to be in Milan Duomo in 20 minutes), there are 4 elevator (a bit old but doesn’t matter), free and spacious parking, delicious dinner, there’s a close by mall (by car/ shuttle) with lots of stores and restaurant which is very convenient for family with kids, good rate for value (I booked free cancelation rooms), mini fridge and water cooker available in the room, some parts of the hotel is still in renovation but I almost couldn’t see it, very friendy and helpful staff: thanks Federico for answering my emails before I arrived, and also to Laura, Aurora, Carlo and Sergio for your great hospitality! Our family, including the kids, enjoyed our stay so much!

Nothing (only minor: no trolley available to bring our stuff to the rooms -not a big deal; hotel is located at the highway but you should know this when you booked it)

Very good hotel; breakfast, location, building structure & environment. staff is also communicative and assuring.

room is good with a large comfortable bed and a bonus 2nd small bed! useful for sitting or throwing clothes in; could do with better shower and bathroom cleaning and needs milk in the fridge Plus can do with some more coffee in the room:) overall a nice and pleasant stay!
