Reception staff were so friendly and efficient, hotel rooms were clean, beds amazing, also the pizzaria across the road that was recommended was amazing don't judge it from the outside, go in and eat the food.

The staff were lovely, and very helpful in getting taxis into the city. The night porter who greeted us was amazing and sorted out our car for us as we had no idea hat we were doing. All in all, extremely great staff and would stay again!

The noise on the Friday night wasn't great, there was music coming from somewhere until the early hours - I was glad we were sleeping like the dead from the plane to be honest, but the Saturday was quiet.

Very friendly welcome, very dog friendly (no extra charge for the animal), good breakfast, good WiFi, comfortable bed, spacious room.

Noise from the A7 motorway which is directly in front of the hotel (I later discovered my window wouldn't properly close), the immediate surroundings of the hotel are broken down and partly shuttered up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Even when we had to leave very early and were in a rush the staff aided us and provided us with a care package instead of the breakfast for on the go. The staff also helped us with regards to our many questions. 10/10 can recommend.

The room was really nice and it was a big advantage that in the bathroom there were 2 sinks. Everyday they cleaned the room, changed the towels and provided us shower gel. Even though the hotel was located near the highway, there weren’t any disturbing noises. We didn’t have the breakfast included in our booking, but we request it when we checked-in and we really encourage you to do this too. The buffet breakfast was perfect and only 5 euros which is great value for money. We also liked that breakfast started from 6.30 am.

It was located a bit too far from the center, but it wasn’t an actual problem because in front of the hotel it was a bus station. We went by bus till the metro station. I wouldn’t say we didn’t like this, but for some people it might be a problem.

the hotel is located just few km from the south area of Milan and it easy to reach from the highway. the staff was very nice. my room was very big. free parking in the area.

the elevator is very tiny and slow, breakfast is nothing special

It’s a nice neat and clean property but away from the centre but well connected by public transport . Located in the residential area - really quite and calm place !

ony one plug in room , very tight quarters, no queen beds , no cable English tv channels , no restaurants close by to walk to
