we recently had the pleasure of staying at Cosmo Palace in Milan, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff especially Anna at the front desk welcomed us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making us feel right at home. she was so nice and lovley we needed a recommendations for local restaurants and she gave us the location to a very nice restaurant not far from the hotel. The hotel boasts a modern and sophisticated design that perfectly blends comfort with our style. Our rooms was impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need as a family of five adults. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of options. Fresh pastries, fruits, and a selection of hot dishes provided a perfect start to my day. Additionally, the hotel's location is great when using a car - parking is easy with a lot of space needed—the hotel conveniently situated near public transport its a round 7 km from the center of Milan, using rented car makes it easy to explore Milan. Anna was again very helpful when we needed to keep our suitcases with in the hotel for a few days while we where traveling outside of Milan, It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for Anna. Overall, our stay at Cosmo Palace Milan exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan, whether for business or leisure. I can't wait to return!

tv screen was a bit small for my taste.

Plenty of green area s around the hotel.Basic rooms but everything you need. Comfy beds .Toiletries, Plenty of towels,very quiet, crispy bed linen. Bit to far out from the centre of Milan. You have to take a bus and then the metro. Takes about 30 mins travelling. Plenty of seating in the bar and foyer. Great selection at breakfast, feel it should be included. 12 .50 per person for breakfast adds up. Plenty of taxis outside. 30 euro to milan central train station. Hotel is very good value , if your prepared to travel outside of centre. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel was clean and staff were all lovely and helpful. I didn't use the Spa facilities as I had a child with me so can't comment on these but if the cleanliness of the grounds is anything to go by I'm sure it's fantastic and was a comfortable stay.

Location isn't as close to Central Milan as advertised, to get around you have to use Taxi / Public transport. Bus stop is outside the hotel & can connect easily to Sesto Metro station to pick up the line to Duomo, or a taxi from Centrale station is roughly £25. It can get expensive to get about if you're planning on exploring the City.

The receptionists are very approachable and hospitable

The cleaners or housekeepers should always surrender things that guests left in their room upon check out. Because i left some of my things last time and when I checked in again in their hotel i asked if it was still there in their lost and found area they said no and they needed to call the cleaner who cleaned my room.

It was nice and big property lot of parking space, long desk the bar and I guess coffee time in the morning was great

Staff were not friendly . I had to advise the front desk people that the card to be let in the room was not working and they were not helpful either and gave me an attitude .

Location of the hotel is good, if you are travelling by car, because it is right next to the motorway exit, they have plenty of parking spaces and also a car garage. Breakfast was good and big, you can choose from fresh vegetables and fruit, pastries and much more. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception.

Quite far away from Milano city centre, by public transport you need almost 40 min to reach it. Also, not very important, but I have to mention it, plastic cups in room and bathroom. In such a hotel I would expect a glass.

It was calm and quiet.stay was so worthy. Taxi fare is too much .

If room is haing a kettle , it is so useful to make a cup of tea. Specially with kids, we need hot water.,we have stayed in mamy hotels in many countries , they all had kettles in rooms,

The staff is very friendly and helpful (both restaurant and reception) It is a great option, as it has a tram stop about 200m away and different bus lines options. I suggest taking the tram (line 31), which has connections with the green metro line (if I'm not mistaken, it is the 3 one). The rooms are wide, clean and comfortable: just what we needed. We stayed at the 239 and 240 ones. Definitely an option for another time in Milan.

The support I got from Anna in reception to where I should go and how to comeback and many other info was amazing,, she is really supportive

From me was a perfect place to stay, clean rooms and comfortable beds .Close to highway , with lots of parking spaces with tasty food and restaurant and amazing coffee at the bar . Don't miss The Terracotta Trattoria from nearby.
