New hotel. quiet place, nice design, spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, well illuminated.

No toiletries offered in the room. This is very strange for such a 'good' hotel. I asked this question to the reception at the check out and I was told that I should have ask for it to the reception. First of all, at the check in nobody told me about this possibility, secondly once I am in the room I don't want to bother to ask things that should be provided in a 4 stars hotel. For the price paid this should be included! In the mini fridge you can find only 2 small bottles of water at the price of 3 euro per bottle. It is instead for free if you are member of the Hilton client program. I felt this as discriminating. A complimentary water bottle should be a much in such a hotel! No Netflix available.

The breakfast was great, the staff was so helpful and very pleasant in every aspect. The location was quiet and easy to get around, especially the Metro to central Rome. Beds were Super comfortable. Great towels, soap and lotions.

Bathrooms needs hooks inside the shower. Gym too small. No spa or rooftop access or open. Sheets too small for the beds. Only 3 elevators operating instead of all six. Showers leaked outside door due to the glass door gap.

The breakfast was really complete and good, the quality of the meals was excellent, better than other hotel was include the breakfast honestly. We really want to recognize the service from the employee Ian at the buffet, he was amazing with the service and also gave us a lot of advice, so our visit was extraordinary.

Everything was ok, but the location if you go as tourist to Rome is a little far away but the great think is that the bus and the metro are connected really near.

Nice, new hotel, great breakfast, location 200m near metro station (line b which goes directly to the center), free parking across the street, nice staff.

Problems with elevators (only 3 working, middle elevator was stopping all the time, in the morning we waited 10 minutes to get to breakfast), dirty windows, open bathroom in the room.

Our stay at hilton was very comfortable , the staffs were very kind and happy faces , welcoming , and great location ..

Room service should be improved , everytime we called room service to order lunch , dinner there was less food options ..

The breakfast was wonderful. The variety was excellent and tasteful. As I was on holiday with my wife, son and daughter, we wanted to see as much as we can in the town centre. Rome is full of history about the Roman Empire and we visited as many places as possible. The town centre with its numerous restaurants was a delight to walk about and dine. The only negative point about the Hilton is its place, so far away from the Town Centre and served by slow public transport system

This is a new Hilton hotel primarily geared towards business and convention travelers. Not central but 3 walk from a metro station that will take you to the main tourist sites in 15-20 minutes. Brand new rooms with all expected comforts, although housekeeping did not change our sheets as requested. Best feature of the hotel was the front office staff which was one of the most friendly and guest oriented we have encountered in a Hilton hotel. Overall a very solid and recommended choice , that will probably get even better with time . Bravo to the team !

The location to public transportation was great. We were able to get to different locations without too much trouble. Rooms were good size and the toiletries was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

The elevators were a little slow and small. The food was not palatable. Expected it to be better as the hotel itself is very nice. Also the bar could use a few more cocktails on it’s list and mixologist a little more knowledge. Though no fault of the hotel, the construction around was a little undesirable.

One of the few hotels in Rome which is modern. Connection with underground to the city center is great which makes its location perfect. King size bed is really large. Easy control of lights and curtains through touch control. Arm chair with footrest was my favourite spot.

Although the shower is stylish it is not totally privately. When you take shower you can be seen by your room mate. For my partner it was an issue. Extra coffee sticks would have been appreciated. Surprisingly on the check out day floor was wet due to leaking from the ceiling, not disturbing. It is just something I would not expect from Hilton.

We spent 1 night, in transit, so difficult to say, but the bed was comfy and if you turned the lights off the curtains would close automatically, that was pretty cool. Didn’t take any photos, the room was standardly minimalistic.

difficult to locate the front door, public transport stops are a block away either bus or train and maps told us the front entry was the back gate. next time I’ll know, but best to get a taxi or Uber and pay 10x public transport cost the first visit. For a queen room supplying occupancy for 2 people, you would think there would be 2 hooks or at least a rack for 2 towels in the bathroom, but no … just 1 hook.
