Best Western Plus Warsaw

The breakfast was wonderful! Plenty of options, tasty, etc. The waffles were excellent! The location was good for what we needed, and the pool was good. The lobby and entry area were very nice, clean and inviting. Overall the important stuff was taken care of well.

(Room 225). The desk lamp and coffee maker didn't work in our room. The tv controller in front of the sofa didn't work. The outlet by the couch was so loose that you couldn't plug anything in.

The hotel was great

I will not be using booking.com again. When I got to the hotel ( and yes I was at the correct hotel) there was no reservation for me. If it had not been for the lady at the desk I would have left. This is why I don’t like using booking sites. You never know if you are going to have a room or service you expect when you get there. I have had the same experience with a airline reservation.

Breakfast was good.

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. No sheets on the bed and trash all around. However the front desk immediately gave us a room that had been cleaned and she personally checked to see that it was ok.

Overall, the quality was excellent. I especially liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Both computers in the business center are in desperate need of debugging or upgrades.

Hot breakfast was not set out. Drinks and danishes, pretty much all continental breakfast items were... It would be understandable with Covid-19 rules, but does not make any sense since everyone can get donuts, yogurt, coffee, and cereal at the breakfast bar. Many people went without eggs, sausage, etc since one staff member would occasionally come out of the kitchen and ask certain people if they wanted hot breakfast. Frustrating when you are on a time crunch and plan around breakfast.

The room was comfortable Air conditioners quiet type The mattress fantastic Pillows like "My Pillow"great Quiet room no traffic noise.

Breakfast was terrible Coffee terrible Premade pancakes not good were rubbery Took one bite and spit it out. Yoplait yogurt is the worst cheapest least healthy Loaded with sugar. At least gave a healthy Greek un sweetened yogurt. I could pass up breakfast if I have good coffee and even that was terrible.

Spa tub was really nice. Room clean. Facilities nice and clean. All the staff as well as house keeping very nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

Mattress a little softer than I like, but still comfortable.
