The room was clean and neat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Warm breakfast was very nice. The whole family liked it. The room condition was exactly the same as what appears at booking site.

On the day we stayed, the wind was very strong at night and we could literally feel that strong wind blew in to the room. I suppose there was a "slit" under the heater where the wind could blow in to the room - which is unacceptable. The staff suggested to block the wind using extra blankets as there was no one who could fix it at night time. Blankets worked to some degree. But, definitely, the wall under the heater needs repair.

Enjoyed the breakfast a nice choice between hot and cold foods along with juice milk and coffee. The juice could be a little better tasted a bit watered down but overall it was good. Nice clean rooms helpful friendly staff. Dennys next door. Good bang for your buck.

Wifi and LTE data was very slow. If you would like to travel in downtown, hollywood, beverly hill, etc, this location would be very bad. Amanities was not so good.

First of all; We want to point out that this Hotel comes with the best value for money by far! You are located in the center of L.A. and all his advantages in a very professional and clean Hotel on a very low rate! We would definitely choose that Hotel again! Free parking (which is not often the case in L.A.) and security at the entrance also taking a look at your car while you don't is an amazing added value! One of the most impressive experience in our point of view: The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, we felt in good hands at any time!

Met our expectations based on the description. Staff was ok, breakfast was convenient, having a microwave and refrigerator was great. I was appreciative of the option to pay the small fee of $28 for an EXTRA late (3pm) check out after our travel plans changed.

It was disappointing to have to pay for an early check in. That's usually a courtesy if a room is clean and available.

The room was very comfortable. A little dated but still clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and would go above and beyond for you. Breakfast is good too, lots of varieties. The first room I was given had problems with the air conditioning midway throughout my stay and the front desk was happy to switch me to another room even though it was pretty late at night. Denny's was convenient too. Good location as it was quite central to most places I was visiting. Would definitely stay here again when I return.

Some of the things in the room needed maintenance. Air conditioning in my first room stopped working and gave out a weird smell one night. Sink tap was hard to use.

I like the room. It had a comfortable bed, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stand for your luggage, adjustable heat and AC, plenty choices for breakfast, plenty parking and a night parking lot security guard. The room is updated and accommodating. I will surely stay there again.

I didn't like that a couple of days my shower was ice cold, no matter how long I let the water run. Although there was a nice selection of breakfast food, all the cook food:beacon, potatoes, sausages, chicken nuggets, were all under cook-almost raw. There is a Denney's on the property. The maid service does a poor job of cleaning (the bathroom floor, the tub) I found stuff on the floor from previous occupants. Yuk! Twice I had to go to the front desk to have my card recoded to gain access to my room.

The room was spacious!!!! Clean and as described in the picture! I asked the farthest room from the freeway since I have sleeping problem and room was perfect Breakfast inclusive, so from Economic price was really a good deal.

Excellent cost-benefit report at a typical standard found in the Best Western hotels chain. Free parking, breakfast included, and several amenities in the room. If you count their value (i.e., for a family of four members), you end up with one of the cheapest accommodations in LA at Best Western standards (i.e., cleanliness, etc).

The location. It is far from everything touristic in LA. But if you have a car and it is OK to spend 1 hour in traffic for your round trip to a point of interest, the Hotel is a good choice. Also, the walls were quite thin, so you could hear TV content or load conversations from your next-door neighbors.

Complimentary breakfast had many choices. Hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location is by freeway for easy and fast access. There is a Denny’s next door, in walking distance which was a bonus for my family.

Not much parking up front or the sides if you get back to the hotel late. You’ll have to park in the back which didn’t feel safe.
