Next to the avenue of glory, the parking lot is comfortable and all the staff very helpful and kind.

The staff were awesome, friendly and considerate. We had a late night departing flight that was also delayed by five hours, which meant us having to check out of our rooms and hang around. The hotel offered us delayed check out, they then stored our bags, offered us restroom services, called a taxi when we were ready.......all part of a such a friendly service. Rooms were clean, well accessorised, with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, controller for heating/ cooling and a good size flat screen TV. Good quality mattresses along with nice pillow options (not just mountainous lumps of hard sponge that gives one a stiff neck the next mornng) A highly recommended hotel.

The location was great. Super close to Hollywood and all the action, but a quietish area. There was good security and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. For an older property, it was pretty well maintained. For an older property, it was pretty well maintained.

The bed was a little hard for my taste and the walls are pretty thin. I could hear voices through the wall from the room next door. The elevators felt a little rickety and one of the two broke down while I was there creating major wait times. One elevator for a 7 story hotel is NOT enough.

Easy access to work location

Car valet. The guys were nice but my car must’ve been parked under some kind of tree that covered it with little black seeds by the thousands and there was some weird fuzzy plant that was on the drivers side floor. Must’ve gotten on there shoes . Car had mild cat urine smell from plant I guess. I’m not the type who doesn’t care for their car. I’m quite the opposite.

Food services were closed due to covid, but there is a snack bar. The staff was helpful and the facility was very clean.

I wasn't told about the cost of the deposit per rooms. I didn't mind it but wish I would have known ahead of time because I ended up having no more spending many for my trip. Also parking is an issue. There's only limited spots and when we left and came back the valet said the parking lot was full and blocked it with cones. We had the option to go pay in a different parking lot and walk. We ended up parking on a farther street and walking through the homeless encampment. When we got back, security told us we were lied to and that there actually was parking, but for whatever reason valet told us otherwise. That was the only frustrating part of our trip.

The room was large enough with 2 x Queen beds, a coffee machine, fridge, safe, bath & shower Front desk Otto was extremely friendly and a great asset to this hotel. Close to Universal Studios and the Hollywood Bowl

The room safe did not work (308), not a good place to walk around at night, no restaurants nearby (use Doordash or Uber if you're hungry)

-The night staff, particularly Marco,was so kind and extremely helpful during my parties stay -Room was very clean and comfortable

-Walls/floors were pretty thin. We could easily hear other guests and things falling onto floors in other rooms.

It was very clean and safe. It was also the perfect location to attractions.

When we returned late at night, the Valet parking became an issue. it was completely full and we barely managed to squeeze in the car. Also when we reserved the hotel, it didn’t specify that parking was only through Valet and that it would cost over $50 for each night. That type of information should be disclosed up front.

Checkin Experience, Room, Breakfast and Service there of. MICHELLE O at the restaurant was exeptional in ensuring our special vegeterian breakfast needs were taken care off.

Check-out experience - inspite of agreeing to give me additional checkout time upto 4 pm, my room access was removed. Also the front desk person was asking me why I didn't check out at 11. I felt it to be a bit rude

The only issue with the location is the noise. Because it’s such a busy street, it’s easy to be woken up at night.
