Good location, shuttle was efficient and didn't need to wait long. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was extremely efficient and fast. Hotel is big, hotel room was adequate and provided with plenty of shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. Shower has extremely good water pressure.

Bathroom not the cleanest (may be getting old), and other than the room, unsure if there was a pool and/or gym. The view from our room (1442) was at a corner, and therefore window size was extremely small. Pillows were also very soft.

The location was great, as we wanted to be close to the airport. I liked that the hotel had a bar, restaurant and bistro, as well as 24 hour room service.

We requested a high floor, and were placed on floor 6 out of 17. We had a horrible view of the HVAC system and roof of the building below. Our room did not have a mini fridge and we were there for 6 days, yet my sons room did have a fridge and was only there for 3 days. The room had poor lighting, very dim and dreary with tan walls. Parking garage was very tight, so if you have an SUV or truck you will not fit, and cost almost $50/day. Wifi was not free, had to pay a fee to use. Our bathroom toilet had a slow drip which we could hear at night.

The shuttle arrived promptly at LAX after a very long flight from Australia. The reception was quick and easy with pleasant staff. It's an old Hilton and a bit run down but still has all the hallmarks of a famous hotel chain. I like the "old school" quality about it. My room had a great view on 12 th floor. The bed was lovely and comfortable. I used the spa, pool and gym. I enjoyed drinks and dinner at the bar. I was transiting and had another flight the next day so was perfect for it. The free shuttle was right there with very helpful driver.

The rooms aren't sparking and modern but spacious and worth it for the price.

Shower is a pull as well as turn handle. This was not shared with me nor are there any signs. The receptionist seemed non-plus that I too did not know how to work the shower. There were others at the front desk at 4:xx am asking as well. Beware!

Cleanliness was acceptable! Didn't even need to wear socks, they obviously shampoo & mop the floors. They were also very private, never disturbed us & we stayed 4 nights. Workers were very very nice. Can't wait to come back!!!

Fridge was $25 extra upon request, room didn't have a microwave either. We didn't need one, but it probably would've been extra too. Bed skirt was dirty, but we always bring our own sheets and blankets anyways. Regardless, they do their best & are super accommodating!

I liked the Hilton and it's support-the front reception staff- love them great customer service, great standards, variety of people and no drama! The cleanliness, comfort, the housekeeping- over and above- love them! The 24 hour restaurants- hard to find in other places, love it and the people that work there- personable and professional! I had to checkout of another hotel, the stay was not up to par- without putting them on blast, the Hilton really helped me out at the last minute!

Parking cost were a bit pricey, I feel for hotel patrons (that stay at the hotel), could have been a lot lower. The actual guest price was great for those visiting people staying at the Hilton.

This is a really lovely hotel. I stayed here upon arrival to LA as my tour started from this location. Excellent free shuttle bus to and from the airport - no booking required. Hotel has a great 24 hour bistro serving coffee/sandwiches/snacks etc. Friendly staff at the check-in desk. The room was lovely, all you would need. They also have a gift shop which has a section for some essentials - toiletries etc

The shower was a bit tricky to get started but I think that's just American showers - you need to pull and push and turn things at the same time.

I loved the factors of stay and everything including the room and comfort. Breakfast was great enjoyed and tip the employees. Elevators were clean.

I had to pay more than $40 for parking for less than two hours. This was bad. Did not park overnight or make any special requests this was my sister waiting for us to just freshen up.

We stayed here on a 10 hour layover before our next flight out. The shuttle service to the hotel from LAX was great. Drivers were very helpful even though we had a LOT of luggage. The drive was quick and we didnt wait long for a shuttle.

The hotel is not new, so has some signs of age, but it is neat and clean and very convenient, and the free shuttle service to and from LAX 24 hours a day was helpful. Given the nature of the hotels main guests probably being layover guests there was quite a lot of noise in the corridors overnight with people coming and going, but then again you're not there for a long relaxing sleep it's more of a convenience of relaxing and refreshing in a comfortable space which counts so that's not a major drawback.
