We liked the, included, morning breakfast. Many choices, hot foods, cereal, variety of bread products, fruit, make your own waffles station, juice and coffee. Wow! We talked to Emilee, on the second morning we were there, she was making sure everything was filled and also preparing the cooked food for the chafing dish. She worked so hard to keep everything going,, we had to be sure to talk to her and thank her for doing such a great job. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and said hello to every guest they came in contact with. That was very nice.

Hampton Suites was what we expected and all was fine. We did miss having self serve ice machine, it was out of order. I am sure we could have asked for ice and gotten it. We bought some ice for our cooler, so it worked out.

The breakfast was good, much to our delight. However, there were NO napkins! The poor lady covering the breakfast room said that there weren't any orders for them! In our room, the handle on the toilet was broken! Couldn't be fixed until after we were checking out!

As above, no napkins (cloth or paper) were available! Our toilet handle was broken when we arrived so we left the lid off the tank and pulled the chain in order to flush! While the price of the room wasn't horrible, my husband and I expected better from a Hilton Hotel chain.

The breakfast was simple and delicious we love the little waffle maker and the goodness of the food.

My room had a broken protection top lock and I didn’t feel safe with that latch missing it’s the thing that keeps anyone entering from the outside after we are in.

burned out light, coffee maker missing basket, no room service unless requested, shower water valve very stiff, ice machines & vending machines out of order, breakfast bananas spoiled, juice dispenser not maintained. I’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns over the years and was very disappointed with this property; understaffed, poorly maintained & poor value.

The 1 person was very friendly despite having to do everything herself. And the morning shift was nice too. Great room and prices.

There was only 1 person working the whole hotel at night. Checking in guests, answering the phone, doing the laundry, bringing guest extra towels, monitoring the parking lot etc. Kind of scary for the hotel.

we loved everything about our room . the breakfast was great. bed was very comfortable. we will be staying there on our next trip to Merced.

one side of closet doors wasn’t working properly. (off track/stuck)

The free breakfast was good and good choices (I was hoping for a small refrigerator with yogurt)

First given a room that was being remodeled and having to go back down to get another room….it was the last one left. We had to check in much later as our rental car was burglarized in San Francisco so we checked in after midnight.

Friendly and helpful Staff, all amenities needed for a one night stay available!

Unfortunately the pool was closed ...and it was the only thing we dreamt about after a long travel in enormous heat...

It was well located to things we needed to get to.

I did not know that California was in a drought so I guess they were trying to conserve water. I like my room cleaned and towels done everyday when at a hotel they don’t do that which I guess is ok but not so much for me

I like the jacuzzi bathtub, snack store and the breakfast
