The pool was perfect, the access was nice and the temperature was great! I loved the pool and the room was very nice, it was nice and comforting, and the jacuzzi inside of the bathroom was a nice fit too! I really loved this stay, and the location is nice! If you go through the pass way to mgm grand, you have a whole food court and everything! And if it’s late or in the morning , they have a vending machine right where the elevators are.

The cleanliness wasn’t that good l, as the sheets were a bit dirty, and the jacuzzi had hair and dirt. Overall it wasn’t too bad but not very great either.

Very nice private property fit for anyone who is looking to stay in a place with a little kitchen and multiple people. Room view was amazing.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool for the 3rd tower wasn’t open and they close the other pools so early on weekdays. Also I found valet to be a bit of a hassle since tower 3 was closed during nights. Also the room was a bit dirty the floors and one of the bed had some sort of red crumb.

Valet was great, check in was also great! Room was still being cleaned when we went to it... slightly disappointed, we dropped our bags in the room and let the maid finish cleaning. When we went back to the room later that night, our room was clean. It would have been nice for the beds to have been made when we arrived. We stated that 5 people would be sleeping in the room, so having that set up would have been really nice and one less thing to prepare on vacation. View from the room was awesome!

Room was amazing for 5 if not 6 people. Very good value and within walking distance to some good spots. Staff were good and straight to the point which I personally like.

Everything was great except for a $20/$25 admin fee for checkout, I don’t know if this would’ve been charged if we had checked out online but the online check out service would not work. So charging money for staff to check you out of the hotel is a bit crazy to me

I was a little nervous after booking as I did not realize that it was not a booking with a hotel, but instead private. We were not sure that everything was fine and that we could use the pool at MGM Grand. But everything turned out fine and we had a great stay in a quiet area still very close to the strips and amazing pools!

The kitchen only had pans, no pots, so it was difficult to cook a decent meal

The pools were perfect for the kids and we loved the spa! the staff EVERYWHERE was amazing. kind, gracious, helpful. quite impressive. The property was meticulously maintained.

I wish there had been some type tram or quicker way to get from the towers to either the Strip or the MGM Grand.

Great hotel for our family! Loved the kitchen with dishes! The parking situation was convenient. Close to pools, top golf, etc. great spot!

The phones didn’t work in our room and there was a dirty towel in one of the cabinets. We had k-cups with a drip coffee maker so we had to buy it from downstairs. The furniture was a little thrown around.

Amazing location about a 10 minute walk from the strip, fabulous rooms kept exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and helpful, wide variety of pools, bars and a large casino with restaurants within the property.
