Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20

Joanna at the front desk is an amazing asset to your company 🥰 extremely professional,kind and sincere. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The rooms were inviting. Breakfast was good also they had waffles, potatoes, eggs and sausage that day. The best part of all for me at breakfast was the expresso machine🥰 it isn't your ordinary expresso and it was awesome.

I cannot say that anything was bad.

Clean pool, kids loved it. Good location and price. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfy. Good sized room ( 2 x double beds).

We were facing the Hilton & in our carpark down that side was 2 x heavy goods vehicles (cab from articulated lorries) which were left running all night long and were very loud. We final managed to fall a sleep around 1am. Not the hotels fault but something they may want to mention to truckers stopping in future.

Staff were very friendly, sold me on my experience. Clean and easy access from highway.

Breakfast could be better - fruit was old. Getting into the place was only one way from the main road, would have been nice to enter/exit from side road as well. Getting to the side you were staying had to go back and forth in front of the entrance, seemed locked in access.

Breakfast was adequate. Older property well maintained and not exorbitant!!! Room size upgrade good choice for us. Loved hearing freight trains thru the night. Appreciated direct access ie car to room and no elevators. In rain or snow access can be made from interiors. Stayed at this property off and on for years and hope management keeps it current and competitive.

Great location, great service, bed very comfortable, Ac work very well, the water pressure for shower 🚿 is very strong is great just how we like it, very convenient to get and out, car park in front of hotel room that is very helpful to grab anything from the car, I very recommend this hotel for traveling, thank you 🙏 we very happy 😃 staying here!

Jasper the front desk was very friendly n helpful n polite. Enjoyed his conversation while he got me checked in. Bed was comfortable

Housekeeping was rude. My bed sheet had a blood stain and the table between the beds had like knotches on it I got a splinter from it.

Great location, pool, nice staff, fresh cookies, clean. next to a Cracker Barrell

We all know theres bugs and spiders in this world and they get in buildings. Do the units have to be treated, yes they do. The smell of the bug treatment spray was a little much, and the lounging chair was well past its useful life(well worn and stained).

Speaking with the employee while checking in was pleasant and he was very informative.

The drunks that came to your car while checking in. I am native and this was an eye soar to see but know the town is known for this. Other than that is was pleasant.

Let me just say that, it was ok. this is like my third time stay at this hotel. The 3 times I had stayed, I believed there might be some bed bugs on bed. cause I hade this scratching on my arms and face the nights.

I thought the breakfast could have used little more variety or more choice of food.

Again, the breakfast. On second thought, I didn’t see what was offered until later. So, maybe the arrangement of the items for breakfast could use a change. Meaning, show what is being offered by arranging the set up better. Show it better.
