Staff, friendly, attentive and helpful. Room, wonderful. This hotel was a combination of business, pleasure and hard working men and truckers. This meant hallways, entrances and exits were a bit dirty from those men not wiping feet, they were tired, but I bet if most were given an opportunity to have a boit/shoe cleaning station before entry they would use it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good sized refrigerator, microwave worked well, and iron and ironing board available for use. Nice and different breakfast was served every morning.

Had trouble with the room door lock. Got a second set of keys and didn't solve problem. Problem must be with locking mechanism.

My sister's air conditioning went out and it was very close to her house. It was nice to have a place so close that could accommodate us and my pet.

The only place I could walk my dog was full of sticker burs, but I was more than pleased that they allowed me have her with me.

The room was very clean and great beds. TV was huge and the restroom clean and big.

The pillows were terrible and super small. Literally 12x12 squares. Also the AC unit would not continually run so it was super quiet. Luckily there was no one in the rooms next to us.

The lady that booked my stay was very rude when we got to the hotel yesterday but there was another gentleman that was very polyte amd made our stay very confortable ..Other than that The hotel was very comfortable as other times .

Room was very spacious

Clocks were not properly set and only one tv placed awkwardly so anyone sitting in couch or laying in bed could see, but would be more beneficial to just put two tvs and center them both in front of bed and in front of couch. AC didn't seem to work as smoothly as it should

the front desk lady (missed her name) got me in my room early even though they had been sold out the night before because I had not gotten any sleep the night before and and to get some rest before my afternoon meeting on NYE! Thank You Very Much!!

Happy with mostly everything I really like this hotel is a great area, price is good, the fact that is on the highway is an A plus.

Entrance and lobby floor was dirty both days we were there and no excuse because there's been no rain in a month 🙁

Great location less than 20 minutes from downtown. Quiet safe area. Good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a little smaller than normal but was adequate

No water to purchase in vending machines or elsewhere. I had to drink the tapwater which at its coldest was lukewarm. The sound and view of the highway.
